Bring the Cool review: Air conditioning repair

This is a warranty repair. Choice Home Warranty (CHW) assigned Bring the Cool for repair After 2 attempts to repair, it was determined the Air Handler needed to be replaced. Totally covered under warranty. I was informed I would have to replace the condenser, understandable. In addition, a must pay Bring the Cool $2651 for non-covered items before the repair can be made. CHW said they had no answers on the breakdown of the $2651. I have called BTC several times, multiple emails with no response whatsoever. CHW finally got me a breakdown
Permit $300 it's $207 Reclaim $276 no freon left, Horizontal $426 included in the package, Duct Mods $427 No replacement is needed, Float switch $276 has a brand-new switch new $20, Disposal $147, additional labor $200 Hurricane Clips $276 $20 at Home Depot, Caps $177 $10 at Home Depot and another $147 for Disposal total $294. These price boarder on Price Gauging. We have been without A/C for 3 weeks now with 100-degree temps. CHW cannot proceed untill I pay $2651 to BTC. Sounds like extortion.
