Bright Speed review: Landline phones

Bought out phone contract 2 months ago have not have phone service in 6 weeks keep complaining but not fixing problem has been out 4 weeks continually still not working give a variety of reasons but no actions but still insust we pay a phone bill for service we are not getting this is not only our phone but every landline phone in 1 1/2 mile radius. My husband has a defribrilltor that sends an alert via phone for irregularities that can not be used No cell signals to use a cell
