The above company was advertising garden kneelers and two double seat bags in a video advertisement on Facebook. I ordered two at a cost of 49 pounds 98 for the two. Nearly a month later, a parcel arrived with two double bags in it, but no kneelers. I contacted the company via email (see above) telling them that their add had been extremely misleading and two double garden bags were of no use to me without the kneeler stools. Caroline (team support) eventually responded and told me to return the goods when I would be refunded within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods. I returned the goods immediately on the 7th July via Royal Mail international tracked and signed. The goods arrived back in China within the month of July and an attempted delivery was made on the 23rd, 24th and 25th with the goods being returned to the post office after having no success. I can only assume the address was false and so nobody was there to receive the parcel.
I have sent two further emails with an attachment to show the journey of the parcel via the post office and the attempted deliveries, there has been no response.
In total, I have lost 64 pounds 29 pence which includes post.
I have tried to contact Facebook, but they appear to be having problems with their system and so I have put a message out on Facebook in the hope that no other person will be scammed in this way.
Unfortunately we paid using a debit card, so we have no way of getting our money back. The money appears to have been paid to Tpods on the 6th June 2020.

Do not forget to indicate your order number.
2) Upon receipt of your package, our Team will contact you by email.
3) You will then receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As I have had no response from you with regard to two orders made on the 6th June for 2 garden kneelers and two double bags as shown in your advertisement on Facebook, I will be taking the matter further unless I have a response to my email by Tuesday of next week.
In my previous email to you (Friday 3rd July), I requested a return address with details on how to return two double garden bags to you, as the garden kneelers have still not arrived and without the garden kneelers they are no use to me.
Your video advert and the wording of the goods for sale were both extremely misleading, hence I thought that I was buying two garden kneelers and two double seat bags. As that now appears to be not the case because you have only sent two double garden bags without two garden kneelers, I wish to return the two double garden bags unopened and expect to receive a full refund of £49.98 for the two double bags.
This is within normal customer rights.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Should I not hear from you, I will contact the Trading Standards Office about this matter and I will contact Facebook.
