I made a complaint about the freezer not working on the 1st of July. They came on a service call and said that they needed to order a part for the freezer. Two weeks later they came back and replaced the parts and said that the freezer was fixed. I called them back the same day and informed them that the freezer still wasn't working. I asked to speak with a service manager, they told me that one wasn't available. They scheduled another service tech to come back out four days later and he said that the freezer needed a compressor. Four weeks has past by and my freezer still is not working. I called them back and they were not letting me know when they were coming back out again. All of my food has been ruined.
