I purchased a hiking mattress in 2021 from the company Night Gear (parent company, Internet Fusion Group). I returned the mattress after 20 months because of a fault, and the item was received by the company.
3 months later I received an email that Brand Alley had purchased Internet Fusion Group. I have written to them to ask for my item back, or a refund and they have not responded.
