Bradford Exchange Company review: Reward program

I had bought 3 items for family members for Christmas in 12/2021. I did think I agreed to 3 equal monthly payments of the total only but the total cost was deducted from my banking account through PayPal. One payment on 12/13/2021and rest on 12/20/2021. I noticed in May that an additional 14.95 was being deducted and had been since January of 2022 for something called a rewards program. The problem is that when I made the purchase, I was not offered a reward program, I did not authorize the monthly deductions and I cannot find anything about this program, what it is, or what my money is being taken from me for. There also was nothing presented during the purchases of the items about cancelling anything or monthly deductions would be made. I did not agree to have monthly taken from me just because I made a purchase through this company.
