In October of 2021, BP appliance was contracted through my home warranty company to repair my dryer. They came to my house diagnosed the problem, collected the $100.00 service fee, and never came back. I have called them many, many times with no response. They have blocked my number as when I call now it goes straight to voice mail. As of today my dryer has yet to be repaired.
Desired outcome: either refund my service fee or repair the dryer
