Boxwell Real Estate – Property management

This company consistantly fails to meet there responsibility in lease agreements. No landscaping when included in leasing agreement. Failure to show after confirming appointments to inspect or repair property and they'll use any excuse they can think of to keep your security deposit. They appeared to be a reputable realtor until you make any request that requires that the do their jobs. Office staff is managed poorly and clearly undertrained. If you are considering leasing a property through Boxwell, I'd recommend that you either make an attempt to reach the actual property owner or visit a more reputable realtor. I've owned two properties in NC and have leased at least six and I've never had an experience that disappointed me so much.. Not to mention the whole money grab approach to exceedingly high security deposit which again they'll do anything they can to keep. Spoke with an attorney who'll likely charge me what is owed from Boxwell but if the judgement is favorable then they'll also have to cover court costs.
