Over the years, Faby Leyva from Boxer Tool has consistently met me with an attitude that is both dismissive and brusque, both in person and over the phone. It's always disheartening when someone you're doing business with doesn't value the importance of good customer service.

However, what truly compelled me to write this review was not just the inadequate service, but also the consistent overcharging at Boxer Tools. After reviewing my past invoices and transactions, I've come to the distressing realization that I've been overcharged by Fabiola Leyva at Boxer Tools to the tune of more than $700 over the course of our business dealings. The trust that's crucial to any customer-business relationship has been severely damaged.
