I ordered the book on the condition that it could be returned within 30 days if I didn't like it. I received the book on 3/22/25. On 3/30/25 I sent the company an email saying that I wanted a return label to send it back. I got no response. On 4/2/25 I called the 800 number. My first call was answered and I gave her my name, address, the name of the book and requested a return label then the call cut off. The second time I called, I got the recorded intro, then music as if waiting the the call cut off.
