Their emails do not have an unsubscribe option, they keep spamming me with emails and when I inquired the only option they offered was closing

I signed up for Borrowell to keep an eye on my credit score for a future mortgage. After signing up I applied for and recieved credit cards, it was the biggest mistake of my life! I am retired and receive my income once a month so I frequently use my credit cards for most of my purchases and pay them off close to the end of the month. Since I've started this my credit score has plummeted even though they are paid in full monthly.

Worse yet, you can't control how often they email you in your account settings, meaning until you close your account (which you have to do through their help centre), you will receive a high volume of spam-like emails. Even if the emails are considered transactional, they should offer an option to unsubscribe.
