WHAT HAPPENED:
Booked scooter rental with advance payment of INR 499. While traveling to pickup location at their Wakad office, I called to confirm booking. Company representative informed me that the vehicle was unavailable as it had been extended by the previous customer. This information was NOT communicated proactively before my journey started.

I never reached their office and was forced to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute due to their service failure. Representative acknowledged the issue and stated they would "try" to process the refund but never followed through.
