This is in reference to itinerary #H10976104, confirmation # [protected], and referenced room voucher #230255. I thought I was booking a room with the hotel Sleep Inn, Carlsbad, NM. In fact, I booked it online through Bookonline.com. My check-in date was May 26, checkout date May 30th. After a long 10-hour drive from Oklahoma City to Carlsbad, NM, I arrive at Sleep Inn only to be told my reservation had been cancelled. I did not cancel my reservation! Bookonline insisted that all their information showed that it had been cancelled. They didn't really seem to know how it got cancelled. I think one of their employees made a mistake and they need to own up to it! I and my husband had our granddaughter with us and had to have someplace to stay, so I had to book the rooms again and pay again. Hotel Planner issued me a Room Voucher worth $761.76, which is what I paid for the room. They said I could get a full refund of my money, but I had to wait 13 days to receive it. On the 13th day only $278.43 was deposited back to my card. I have called them numerous times and am told they will make note of my complaint and turn it in to the supervisor. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she never called. I am now working through the credit card company to see what they can do. I would definitely never work thru this company for services!
