Con Artists.
Came here today to have a TPM sensor replaced. It should not take more than an hour. I had an appointment. Still sitting here almost 5 hours later. Found out they did not have the part. Once I complained at 2:45 pm I was told It would take until nearly closing time for them to get it. Then suddenly at 3:30 pm car was done as if by magic. I believe just to get me out of their hair. They installed a USED PART(illegal) from another vehicle. They even took the time to unplug my dashcam before anything so I suspect this is the case. It could also be the part which was supposed to arrive after 4:30 pm magically appeared. So I got a used part installed in my car and was sold to me as new. Service staff no help at all. What the hell kind of "service" is this.
Recommendation: Stay far away if you need service.
Oil change and inspection
My mom who is 82 went to your quick service for oil change and inspection. She was told while waiting in line inspections not done at quick service right now, need appointment. But if you want to have oil change done, she would have to wait 20 minutes for lunches to be done.
She made an appointment for both in service center. After aLmost an hour she got up to walk and thought maybe she saw her car in the lot. No one told her it was ready. When she got back from her walk (20 minutes) she checked in at desk, receptionist said it would be ready shortly. Five minutes later she received her bill..that was her car in the lot!
On top of that they used dex 5 oil when it was not needed. Dex 1 would have worked just fine for the small mileage she has and it cost her for both item still around $82 with a $20 coupon. Is this what you do to seniors when money is already tight and she had to make two trips due to your changes. Sad.
Desired outcome: $20. Refund, way overcharged.
