BN ED PLC 01312264890 review: money taken from account 21

i had the same thing ive wrote to them emailed them and my bank also emailed them but still took money from my account today i had to close my account down in order to stop them taking more money it was cupid.com my brother signed for a 3 day trail cost ".97 but since this 3 payments of $.99 1 payment of 66p and 1 payment of 29.99 as been taken and he closed the cupid accont down yet all these4 charges were made after he closed the account down with them so gos to show although you close account with them and email your complant with then they still charge you so the only way to stop it is to close your bank account down so they cant do it no more hope this helps other people although i8 know its a pain to do this it stops them getting more of our mnoney xx

I have just had pretty much the same problem with a website named benaughty. I closed the account and posted about reimbursment, which I doubt will happen. But They did this as a backdoor way to make money. I hope this can be fixed.

To fix this issue please send an email to admin@benaughty.com. And please try to remember your screename or email that was sumbited.

There is no need to close your bank account. All you have to do is to go to cupid.com and in help section you will find the Cupid PLC contact information. Or you can use this phone number [protected] ( UK ) to get in touch with the support team.

I had the same problem...on 12/10/10 i was charged $59.97...I have never in my life ever visited Benaughty.com...and some how they got my debit card info...immediately I had to change my account...now a few days ago i recieved a letter to my house from a collection agency that was sent by BN ED PLC saying that im delinquent on payments...this is rediculous...I never authorized anything!...so i called the collection agency and they told me i have to file a police report for identity theft and mail them a copy...I cant believe I have to do all that...this website is complete bull...and something should be done about it...apparently I'm not the only one who has suffered from it!

i have had money taken from my account even though i am not on any of their sites, as deleted myself from them. when you phone them you get cut of, so please if anyone can help please sort these people out

True.com==Be Naughty ==BN ED PLC==Ede PLC all of these companies deduct 9.98 30.58 49.99 4.99 from my bank account in Jan. 2011, when I unsubscribed from them in Dec. 2010

Just go to benaughty.com, click on "My Account", then somewhere on the left will be "Cancel Repeat Billing" ... it doesn't make it easy, you have to wait for an email with a "Cancellation Code", then log back in again (to "My Account" again and enter the Cancellation Code" I got caught out with the 3 day trial too... If I ever do it again I will cancel repeat billing straight away...

I have just looked at my bank account and there was an amount 24.99 deducted, this was the same as last month, so I type in Ed Plc to google and I came across these lines of complaint, I only ask cupid for a trial run not a whole month of none sense, and according to them once you have done the trial run you automatically enter into an agreement for the subscription which will be taken from your account. I call them as per the telephone number and spoke to a Kate Raynor, who confirm that my account will be cancelled and my money will be refunded within 10 working days. ref 3100101...i am waiting patiently for my money £50 is a heck of money is these dying times. I had the same problem as well. I signed up with cupid.com and put in for a one month subscription. later I noticed that there was 4.99 charged to my account on a weekly bases. I went into the help section of cupid and found out that they are also with benaughty.com and flirt.com and perhaps others as well. you need to send a e-mail to cupid and benaughty I used admin@benaughty.com and request to stop payments. Make sure you keep all the e-mails for your records, incase you need to go to the banks to lock out the payments...i was surprized to learn that it was legal for companys can do this to people...

This site is so interesting. I was going to sign up with BeNaughty.com and give them my credit card but my friend told me to be careful about giving a site your credit card. Sos I did a Yahoo search for ED PLC [protected] and up came this site, compaintboard.com. AFter reading all your posts and the trouble and aggrivation you are having I am not going to sign up with this site. Obviously this site is a scam. They allow any female to sign up free of charge which allows BeNaughty to get alot of female here who can do anything a full membership can do for free. Naturally us guys are eager to sign up and meet this females.
NOTE THIS: Last summer I sent them a U.S. money order for about $36 or so and waited for my membership to become active. When I never got notification, I sent them about 3 or 4 emails and every time I got an answer saying they didn't receive anything yet. As they required, I did put BeNaughty and my screen name on the face of the money order. The address at that time was in Colorado. Now I see it's in New York. Anyway, I tried to call them as they claim their phone line is open 24/7 but no one answered, not even an answering machine. Again at that time, the number was in New York. I thought it strange the mailing address was in Colorado and the phone was in NYC. How was NYC supposed to know what was happening in Colorado? Especially if the email address was in Colorado, or even better yet, NYC! Never got the $36 credited to my Be Naughty account, never got the money back, and never heard from them again. I finally got tired of trying to contact them and gave up on my $36. It was more aggrivation than it was worth. I think they know this and just keep singing you along in hopes that you will go away. And that is just what I did. I have to say, this really looks like a great site but I guess from what I've read from you guys and what I've experienced, it all smoke and mirrors. A REAL BIG SCAM. I guess the best thing is to look into and sign up at another site after checking them out. Take heed to what I've said here and what you've read from other guys here. BE NAUGHTY IS A SCAM!

Yep, having the same problem in the UK via BNED plc relating to Cupid.com Offices in Edinburgh registered at Companies House. This is FRAUD on a monthly basis done by accessing peoples banks accounts on the basis of a 3 day trial. They rely on us not complaiining; they fail to follow instructions to cancel memberships or payments to be taken, and fail to return monies taken unlawfully. Just about sick of these dudes, a visit to their offices in Edinburgh is therefore not out of the question. As nothing else seems to work I will leave with the equivalent in computer kit and they can call the Police if they like and explain why they have stolen nearly £1000 from my account. Should make an interesting discussion.

I faced the same problem. I opted 3 day trial for Rs 78. But two days later they deducted Rs 750 from my card for one month. anyway, all women profile on the site looks fake to me. They have created multiple sites just to fool people. IT'S A LESSON FOR ME. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN GIVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO SUCH SITES. I'm trying to eliminate repeat billing as suggested by Helpful steve, hope it works.

I signed up with cupid.com for a free trial, and cancelled in Jan 13. BUT on reading these posts you need a conformation number which of course never arrived. I'm still getting charges but from a company called "tnw bill.com" on my bill but they are telling me it's a company called be naughty. Com. Are they the same company? They are refusing the refund of numerous transactions unauthorised from my account. Will getting a new card stop the unauthorised transactions in future. And how do I get my money back? This is so annoying three companies in one. Defently one to watch!

Go into your banks nearest branch.
Take in evidence of suich as screenshots of the email which confirms you have cancelled repeat billing.
Also write an email to both cupid and BeNaughty to say that you do not want membership with them and ask to to stop taking money from your accounts.
take proof of these emails into your local branch aswell.
Also take all your bank statments that show cupid or be naughty taking koney from your account. now as you have sent them emails saying you do not want membership and and you have emails from them confirming your cancell of repeat billing means anymore money taken from your account is unauthorised and your bank will either contact them or put a block on them so they cant take money from your account.
