I tried to login to my account and was prompted to enter the code sent to my phone however I no longer have access to the phone number on my account. There were no other options offered for verification. I contacted their support and answered a series of questions to verify my identity but they wouldn't give me access to my account until the phone number was changed so I gave them my new number and they said my account would be updated in 1-2 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. I've called multiple times, and responded to several emails but they still haven't updated my account and I'm still unable to login. It's ridiculous that such a simple task of updating my phone number takes more than 2 weeks! It's ridiculous that they can't give me access to my account using another method for verification! It's a flat out LIE when they keep telling me that it will be resolved in 1-2 days. This bank is run by amateurs that can't accomplish the simplest customer service tasks. Don't trust amateurs to manage your money! Avoid Bluevine, there are many better options!
