Management company targets residents that question their lack of attention to keeping the community safe and clean. Rovers walk on homeowners private property looking to write violations for any minor thing. All while we pay for security gates that do not work properly. All while our home guest have to visit a front gate with agents who constantly give erroneous information, call the wrong homeowners. Pull up to a front gate office that is dirty with papers taped all over walls. paint is peeling. Round about area has holes in the walls that have gone un-repaired for weeks. Side gates entrance has signs removed that expose old paint color while no one in maintenance has seemed to recognize this eye sore and put some fresh paint over it. The only thing this association sees and the young workforce it sends out to harass homeowners is what the hoa who pay their salaries do.
