After getting a tracking number from Bluebuck I kept tracking my order and it kept saying order is on the way and now after waiting for 15 days I got a message on the 7th of June saying that
My order has been delivered to the Addressee. I haven't recieved any order. I haven't recieved any message or any call from the carrier service.
Country of complaint: United Arab Emirates
Desired outcome: I want my 3+1 suitcase set or a refund .

I have the same problem I ordered 4 set of suitcases and paid them full but have not received any call about my order they only update me Vai emails and Now they said order successful delivered to my addressee

I have faced the same problem, it is a fake website, I have ordered 3 suite cases and I track the order they say it is in its way then it's seems the it is delivered the the addressee. I have contacted the local post office but they confirmed they didn't receive anything. In that case what should we do ? How can we get our money back?

I’m faced with the exact same issue. What’s nauseating is the fact that the seller takes no accountability and they’ve expressed no interest in helping me investigate the matter. They’re convinced that the carriers tracking status is the truth. They’ve even asked me to check with my neighbours and family if they didn’t accept my delivery, I don’t know how they can be this naïve. They can’t provide me with my proof for f delivery except the carrier’s delivery status. This is one big scam.
