Blue Green Vacations review: Bad service/ not representing with correct hotels

we originally got a hotel in october 2022. with bad weather in the area, we had to reschedule. we are traveling from WV to TN. It is about a 10 hr plus trip. the problem is a big issue for us. we are taking a truck and pulling a bass boat. we need RV parking. the original hotel was the country inn and suites. perfect place and RV parking. since we had to cancel and pay a fee. we have rescheduled for june 3rd, 2024. what a mistake talking to your customer service. if they dont have a clue about the hotels. one rep changed our dates to june 17th instead of changing to a rv accomodating hotel. the next rep gave us a new hotel, no RV parking. now it is the end of the year and we have to reset our diner reservations because your reps have no clue. now the rep that I am on the phone with at the moment is telling me that there is no RV parking and we have to up grade to a resort and RV parking. This is pigeon forge TN, they have plenty of RV parking and plenty of hotels there. now after holding for 10 mins and listening to the SAME music, the rep said she would try to get us the original hotel, which was country inn and suites in pigeon forge tn. she called it county inn and suites. more music and waiting to see if she can find it.15 mins, more music and waiting. oh my gosh. after 12 people, I finally got a rep to get us the original hotel and conference #, she changed it with no problem. now why couldnt the other people do it? michelle is the greatesyt and she was nice and said she loved her job. your company hire one person out of 12 that does her job. bad odds thanks to michelle we are going to have a great vaca. we have RV parking
