They have an automatic system, but I had a small dog, so I went through the call centre to tell them that I have a dog, got yelled at by the dispatcher, saying I know that.

Waited outside for the cab...I had a vet booked for a specific time...after 15 minutes of waiting, with countless Blue an White passing me, I called dispatch, and got the runaround, we did not know you had a pet, she screams to someone else and he said yes I knew that. So frustrating standing on a sidewalk with a sick pet.

Finally 20 minutes later, the cab showed up. Throughout the ride he talked on his phone.

We finally got to the vet clinic, and I was paying by debit card...their debit card machine is a joke...would not print the receipt, cab driver yells at me to wait. I am taking my sick dog to the vet. I had no time to wait.

I said that I do not need a receipt.

He yells at me that I have to lighten up.
Are you kidding me?
