BLS Canada review: Visa application

I recently attempted to apply for a Visa to visit India for business purposes. My experience with BLS Canada was extremely poor. I submitted my application on October 3rd, and found that it was not approved as I did not send in the appropriate documentation for the "certificate of incorporation for my company". I sent in additional documentation on October 5th, and then spent several days trying to determine if the new documents I sent in were received and if my application was now back in process. I spent countless hours trying to understand this status. BLS makes this very difficult because several numbers on their website are not in service, and even if you can get through to a number, you get told that because of high call volume you must submit an escalation report. After filling out a few escalation reports and having them closed without satisfactorily addressing my concern, I was finally able to get through to a person on October 11th after a very long hold. They indicated that they did not know the status of my claim and that it would take 5-8 business days before that status was updated in the system (at this point I still do not even know if the new documentation I sent in was either received or correct and the person I spoke with could not tell me). I was then told if the documents I sent in were still not correct I would have to send in additional documents and wait another 5-8 business days to know the status of those documents. I was then shocked to find that the person I spoke with said once all documents are correct it would take 30-45 days to issue a business visa (even though the website clearly states 7-10 days for a business visa for canadian residents). Because of my frustration with the lack of support and service at one point I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told I would not be connected to one as poor customer service was not an issue that could be escalated to a supervisor. I have never worked with a customer service organization that delivers such poor customer service. In the end, after spending 40+ hrs of effort to get a Business Visa I had to withdraw my application since I could not have my passport tied up with BLS for as much as 45-60 days.

Desired outcome: At this point I have withdrawn my application. I have flexibility in which country I conduct my business dealings and meetings. My only desired outcome if to inform others of the poor quality of service from this organization.
