This company won't respond to emails about a return I made over a month ago. They received my unusued product, but still have not issued a refund of over $100. They won't respond to emails, refuse to refund my money and their customer service is horrible. Don't buy from this company. You'll never hear from them again once they get your money. Terrible customer service. Once I purchased the product the website just disappeared and they said it was coming soon. Total fraud.
Desired outcome: Refund of my money since they have received their product back over a month ago.
This company advertises that its US products, being shipped from the US but these are actually coming from China. Absolute worst customer service ever. They don't respond to emails, their website has a refund policy that can't be accessed, and even tho they advertise 30 day money back guarantee, you can't get anyone to respond to an email to return these items for a refund. Do not buy from this company! Lies, poor quality, and zero customer service! Don't waste your money!
This product is a complete piece of junk. Do not waste your money! I knew it when I received it and tried it the first time, but because I used it they would not take it back. The attachment pieces get too hot and fall out while I’m trying to blow dry my hair, then I burn myself trying to put it back in to finish. Complete waste of money!
Ordered one of these and it was a complete fail. I knew the minute I placed the order and the website inexplicably changed i was in trouble. Got it and the attachments aren't the same color telling me there is no quality control, the curl part doesn't even move my hair like no air is coming out and the round brush sticks in my hair and doesn't really work. They had what I thought was a 30 day return so I let them know. They told me I can only return it if I didn't try it. A total piece of crap that they obviously know to be true which is why they won't return it. Ordered 1 from Walmart prior to that and they gave me my full money back on it no questions asked when I said it didn't work. Save the money and order cheap foreign message crap from Walmart because at least they stand behind their product
