BlockFi's complaint Dept. Deserve Inc review: A bogus charge of $197.00

On 2/12/22 I signed up with Automated Wealth aka AWCE by Scott Phillips for a fee of $497.00 plus $197.00 after 30 days per month for their service with a 30 day guarantee. I called to cancel this service on 3/9/22 before the 30 day guarantee was up and was talked into a new contract saying that I could try their service for three more months without incurring the $197.00 a month for three months and that I could cancel at any time and get a full refund. I tried it for about a month longer and cancelled the service on 4/21/22. After about 18 to 20 emails back and forth Deserve Inc. the Dispute Dept notified me that I didn't owe them the $497.00, but that I owed them the $197.00 without any explanation as to how they arrived at that when it says that I can cancel at any time and get a full refund.
