A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

I wanted to respond to the number of complaints. You have to consider we have been in business for seven years. That's four pages per year. And they are not all complaint. Many posts are from customers praising our product. When you consider the customer has to treat themselves, doesn't read all the instructions and does not contact me for assistance I am not surprised by this.

Many people do not have Medicare. And they have to pay.
I have explained the late deliveries on this page. If we had received the $8000 we earned in commissions we could have shipped every order we had. We are slowly getting back to normal and working with those customers who paid for their kit but never received one.
During this period I was receiving 150 emails a day and could not answer them all.
There are many reasons for complaints. Some customers don't read all the instructions and do not apply the product correctly. Most just come here and post negative comments without ever contacting me! About 3% of all customers can't use freeze therapy and we refund their money. However, they post here that they were permanently scared for life. Of course they are not. Then when they heal they don't come back to this board and report their success.
We have over 8000 very satisfied customers and we expect some complaints...We are giving a lady a refund because she claimed her skin would not freeze...This is impossible but we are refunding anyway.

Charlene, If your product works so well why are there 32 pages of mostly complaints about your company and your
product. My dermatologist freezes off any blemishes for nothing . We use medicare here in Australia
It costs me nothing. When I did order your product, it was because I had a waite to see the Dermatologist However with your Company I waited 4 months AND you also used my credit card twice unorthorized. Explain that. People are not interested in your arangements with Klikand Pay only in the service they receive. Which is nonexistent. Many people had have terrible troubles with your product. The instructions are unprofesional and not clear at all . I wrote you many emails and you did not answer any of them. I also use home products which work well with patience.

We have been in business for over six years and have over 8000 satisfied customers. This is the most effective product you can buy. It uses freeze therapy just like a dermatologist uses. So for anyone to say our product does not work is like saying dermatologists have been scamming all their patients for over 20 years. Really.
People have to treat themselves. If they have problems with the treatment just write to me and I will assist you.

I am amazed at some of the ridiculous posts. I have discovered that many customers don't read all the instructions. And most who complain never contacted me for help. Yet they run here to post negative comments.

Klik and Pay withheld $8000 of our commissions and has not explained why. This shut us down. We had kit but no money to ship them. This upset a lot of people. We don't blame them.
We are now with PayPal and ship all orders with in seven days. This has been a difficult time for everyone. Charlène, in your post dated dated April 2008 you said Klik and pay would NEVER be associated with any company that was not 100 % legitimate ...
This is exactly what happened. We stopped our collaboration after so many years due to your non delivery since several monthes even when you received the founds. We did not keep money from you, we just refunded all last payments that we did not send to you.

I'm really scared because i used the product and now my skin is REALLY hurting, i can still feel the mole there it has not left. At first there was a blister but now it has gone... Here is what is left! Please help me. I have a bit of sudacream on it by the way, if you can see white stuff.

Do not buy from Blemish Free . They are a scam.. The product does not work. You are being scammed. There are much better products that do work without the dangers. Charlene is a tardy nasty piece of work. Dont air your business problems for everyone to see. We do not believe you . You are ###.

Internet scamming? We have been in business for over six years. We have the most effective product you can purchase.
Drunken emails...are you serious? You must be one of our competitors. Catch up if you can.
We were with Klik and Pay until they did not send us our commission of $8000. This shut us down..we had hits but could not ship them They did not care about their customers or us. They took our money...
We are now with PayPal. We now control the money and the kits. In the past three weeks we have shipped 138 kits within seven days of receiving the order.
So before you condemn a company for ANYTHING please investigate whats going on. I have place you on the no reorder list because of your slanderous comments.l
Go to a dermatologist...and pay big time

I know this whole thing was over a year ago, but I am still upset with the way I was treated and the false statements Charlene and her “supervisor” William made on the comments board, but decided not to go further because I did finally receive my refund. Coming back to this complaints board I can see that people are still having problems and their business is still up and running. I would like to finally set the record straight by posting all of the emails and an analysis of what was said. If you would like to read my post and the responses they are on page 19 and 20. In addition, it was completely uncalled for of Charlene to mention my last name in her response, although it was a bit comical that she couldn’t figure out if it’s spelled n-o-i-a or n-o-l-a. Basically, persistence is necessary to get your money back.

Hi, I ordered blemish free on November 30th and I still have not received it. I was looking at some reviews about this product and have decided to cancel my order. Please don't ask me to "just try it" I have made up my mind. If my order has not shipped out yet could you please cancel it, my transaction number is ******, if you need any other information just ask. If it has already shipped, can you please give me the return information so I can return it as soon as I get it. Some of the reviews about not receiving the package for a month bother me, as I will be leaving town for 10 days on the 20th of December. Packages get delivered to my doorstep, and I live in an apartment complex, so my package might be stolen. If the package arrives after I leave and by some miracle it is not stolen, I will most likely need an extension of the 30 day money back guarantee, which I assume is reasonable considering the package would be coming much later than expected. Again, if you could prevent the order from even shipping, that would be ideal.

So this is the reason you want to return the kit? Let me explain. Ask any dermatologist, it is IMPOSSIBLE to have a 100% satisfaction rate. This is because about 2% of customers have a rare skin type that does not benefit from freeze therapy. Some of these customers treatments turn brown and some stay red for months, but they do heal. If their treatment turns brown we have a way of removing the brown skin cells. This is why we have all our customers test our product on their hips first to make sure they heal and blend properly. If they don't we refund their money.

So in a nutshell, after ordering on Nov 30th on December 9th around 2am I emailed Charlene complaining that I had not received my package yet but would like to cancel my order anyways and to not ship it if it had not already been shipped. I also asked her to give me the return address in case it had already shipped, expressed my concern that the package would be delivered to my doorstep while on vacation, and asked for an extension of the 30 day guarantee. She replied back later that morning that my order had shipped, and only answered my question about where my package would be delivered, saying it would be delivered in the regular mailbox. (It was actually delivered to my doorstep, but luckily right before I left for vacation) Later that morning (December 9th) I received an email confirming that my package had been shipped TODAY December 7th. Not that it needs any clarification, but obviously they decided to ship my package that day (December 9th) after I had explicitly told them not to. After some hassling, I finally received the return address and shipped it back immediately, all before the 30 day return policy expired. I ended up not driving directly to the PO box which was nearby, although I wish I had. This goes against what Charlene and “William” said in their response to my complaint about me sending it to the wrong address. Charlene herself gave me the address, which was probably fake or changes frequently. Also adding to their discredit is the fact that I never received an email saying they never received my package but yet I was still refunded. The story of them not receiving my return was not made up until after I complained on the board. January 19th I emailed Charlene again because I had not yet been refunded the money. Once again, as soon as I complained, something was done and the money went back to my account, around the beginning of February. Over a month after that, I received some random, seemingly drunken emails from Charlene who apparently had forgotten everything that had happened and was repeating herself… weird. Seriously, don’t believe anything this woman says about complaining customers. She should go into politics, not internet scamming.

We have been in business for almost six years and have the number one product available to the consumer. We apologize to our customers. We were teamed with Klik and Pay for four years. Several months ago Klik and Pay did not give us a $8000 commission we were entitled to. This shut down all shipments. We have the kits but no money to ship the kits. We asked klik and Pay why they withheld our money and they never answered us.
During this time Charlene was receiving 150 emails a day. I is quite impossible for her to answer that many emails in detail. We thought we would wait until we resolved the situation before responding to everyone. Of course many people complained...We are sorry for this.
We now have teamed with PayPal and control the money and the kits.
How to get a kit in 7 days

Contact klik and Pay at customer@klikandpay.com and cancel your order. They will put your money back on your credit card. If they claim they sent your money to us its a lie. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Tell them you ordered a kit and never received it. Your credit card company can get your money back.
If they have already cancelled your order then you can go directly to the blemish free website and order your kit. 7 day delivery is guaranteed. Send Charlene your name and your order number. Then we will delete your original order. You can then order again from our website at blemish-free.com. It will not cost you any more in fact our price is less in many cases. We now have our oun credit card processor and we control both the money and the kits. We can send you a kit right away.

Blemish Free is a scam! I, too, purchased from Blemish Free the first week in January and by the end of March began contacting Charlene, as she is the only point of contact for the company. No response. Four emails later, with no response I went straight to Wells Fargo and reversed the charge and Wells Fargo began a case of fraud against Klik & Play. As soon as this case was presented to Klik & Play they contacted me and said that I better be aware of how serious these charges I was placing against them were. I responded by email stating that if I had received the product that they were given money for they would not be in this position. No response from them. As for you Charlene...you obviously read this forum and try to defend Blemish Free frequently. Why don't you try defending your company by running a reputable business that doesn't practice fraud. Stop blowing smoke up everyone's ### on this forum and start shipping out product you have received money for. You both (Klik & Play and Blemish Free) SUCK! And, another example of your poor business practices is airing your dirty laundry on this forum and asking customers to take sides.

I ordered 2 blemish free canisters (refills) from blemish-free.com on Janyuary 15, 2011 (my bank account was charged 160.00 on January 19, 2011) and I have not received the product yet. I have emailed blemish-free.com customer service twice (blemishfree@hushmail.com); I received an auto-response each time and no one followed up to contact me. It has been almost three months. Either give me my money back or send me the product. This company is perpetrating a fraud and should be shut down.

Blemish Free is using Klik & Pay services since 2006 and since earlier this year we had never faced any issue with them and always had good relationship. They got orders, Blemish Free got payment for it and the customers got the products they ordered. Everything was clear until this last month’s where the number of customers complaints for no delivery started to increase. Blemish Free gave us different stories to explain this situation and promise that everything should be cleared within some weeks. We have then stopped payment to Blemish Free and refunded all customers for which the merchant has not been paid by Klik & Pay due to complaint from customers or due to lack of information from Blemish free since March 1st.
Now Blemish Free changed from Klik & Pay to PayPal in order to try to get money and they owe us a lot of money. Klik & Pay has sent your money to Blemish free who is totally responsible of all this situation

I have ordered from blemish-free a few years ago one time with no problem and liked the product . I even sent in before and after pictures so that I could get a free refill and they did do so. I really did not think I was going to have any problems this time when ordering.. I made a order for two refills on April 4th. I did receive one of them on Monday April 11th I opened the box thinking they were both there but there was just one refill. I emailed Charlene that same day telling her they only sent me one refill. someone else from the company emailed me back told me that refills are shipped out separately and told me to be patient. So I have tried to be patient and waited with them but there comes a point. I know that if it was really sent I would have had it by now and most likely around the same time not like a week apart that does not make since to me. My order was from the new processor PayPal I found out they just put it up on there website. I am very up set I found this complaints board and hearing about the others. I found it after I was no longer getting any more communication with the company about the rest of the product I paid for . I only got half of what I paid for but its better than what others have gotten back from what I see on here. But it is still stealing! And not right!

Cindy- I am also waiting for 2 kits that I purchased on Feb. 9. Klik and Pay states that Blemish Free has my money and won't refund me. Blemish Free won't send me my product or return my emails. I just sent one final email and if she doesn't respond to me I will be posting my story with Blemish Free on this website daily. I am also going to contact the BBB about Blemish Free. Charlene has 24 hours to do right by me or I will begin to do everything I can from allowing anyone else to get scammed. If Charlene is willing to send me my product I will delete these posts. I am not holding my breath. I think everyone that is getting scammed needs to continuously update their story on this website so anyone who Googles Blemish Free and sees the complaint website right under their website will read all of our posts and not order from them.

I'm still waiting for an order since Feb. 18, 2011. That is about 2 months! 2 months? Really? I also should have known reading the same complaints. This lady Charlene is looking for a lawsuit. I sent an email yesterday so I do expect a response. How can you possibly run a business like this and feel good about yourself? Your business license should be revoked.

I am totally getting screwed right now by Blemish Free and Klik and Pay! I purchased two kits on February 9th AND PAID FOR THEM and have not received anything. COUNTLESS emails and nothing back! I just received an email the other day from Charlene stating that I have to get my money back from Klik and Pay and then reorder my kits...Klik and Pay is saying that I need to get my money back from Blemish Free. As of right now I am out two kits and A LOT of money! Neither one of them at this point will work with me. Both companies are completely shady at this point. If I do not get my product I will be posting my WHOLE story (not just this brief synopsis) on this complaint board so often in hopes that no one will get screwed out of their money. If Charlene will send me THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR I will be happy to take this complaint off. If I do not receive it...I will tell the whole story documenting it with emails of what I am going through right now...I am sure my story will cost Blemish Free more money in the long run then just sending me the product I ORDERED AND PAID FOR!

Your disregard for your customers and the companies who work for you is disgraceful. You knew without our $8000 no customer could be delivered a kit. So you shut down all deliveries.

Blemish Free is using Klik & Pay services since 2006. Even if they were often late in delivery we know that they finally delivered their customers and since earlier this year we had never faced any issue with them and always had good relationship. They got orders, Blemish Free got payment for it and the customers got the products they ordered. We have supported them until we have totally lost our trust in them and understood that even after having received money for the customer orders, customers were still not delivered. Thanks to our decision to stop payments to Blemish Free since March 1st, and without any information from Blemish Free about the availability of product, we have been able to refund a lot of customers waiting for product. Now they have changed processor from Klik & Pay to PayPal trying to get money. If you make a new payment by PayPal to Blemish Free, we have to advise you to follow the merchant very carefully and to contact PayPal as soon as you see a delay on delivery.

Please don't get the product on your skin outside the focus tube. It takes longer to heal...If you itch use olive oil to stop the itch.
You give one short spray every two or three seconds to form a pool of freezing liquid on the blemish. once you feel the stinging sensation...could be five seconds or more. now if you want to treat for seven seconds you continue to spray every two seconds or so and count seven seconds. Thats it!

So I got back home from work and was true to my word and tested it out. I have to say I am not holding out much hope for this go around and will try again in a couple days on another blemish on my stomach depending on how it goes with this. I put some vaseline around the blemish but was honestly surprised by how strong those sprays were. I thought they would be more like spritzes but they mean SPRAYS. Luckily I tested it out on some paper to see how strong it was before spraying it on my blemish and decided I might be better off putting strong masking tape around my blemish instead of vaseline. Sadly a couple sprays got underneath but the area is not too red. I applied aloe vera afterwards. Right now it is a bit itchy but they said to expect that in the instructions. I honestly tried to do the five seconds after feeling stinging while spraying every two seconds but I think I was all over the place especially with how strong the sprays were coming out of the tube. I am scared to see how much would spray out without the focus tube attached to it!

Now for what you have all been waiting for! Pictures! This product DOES exist surprisingly! Now does it work? I guess we shall see. It is seriously itching though!

I am finally gonna give it a shot as it is still sitting on my shelf in a small box. I find the directions a bit confusing. On their website there is a different set about stuffing a cotton ball into a tube and whatnot yet in the instructions that shipped with the product none of this is mentioned. Even though the instructions on their website (you get the link with the package) are more detailed it is still hard to navigate through:

"Select a spot on your hip or stomach, with or without a blemish, use a medium size Focus Tube. Place the red tube into the nozzle of the spray can and the other end into the Focus Tube down near the bottom. You want to spray on your skin. Spray 1 very short sprays into the Focus Tube to start a small pool of freezing liquid on the blemish. Then spray every two seconds after that to refresh the pool of freezing liquid. ALL SPRAYS ARE AS SHORT AS YOU CAN MAKE THEM." Then later on... "Start counting to five seconds after the sting and continuing very short sprays every two seconds through the entire treatment. Repeat..very short spray every two seconds..when you feel the sting (this may take four to eight seconds) now start your count. One count each second until you have counted off five seconds." ... "the total time the product is on your skin is 4-8 seconds to feel the sting and treatment time which is five seconds." That is just some of what is in a VERY long paragraph that just runs on and on. With such a confusing and turnabout set of directions it does not surprise me that they have a section dedicated to telling customers what they did wrong, such as not refreshing the freezing pool of liquid, getting the coldness mixed up with a stinging sensation and not spraying on the right count second.

You also have to be super careful not to spill it or have it SPLASH on you or you will be disqualified for a refund. And of course it says at one point there is no need to wipe off the treatment after applying but later it says you might have left the treatment on too long if you have problems (wtf). If you are non-white you have a special section towards the bottom so if you do order this make sure you go to the website and read the instructions and not just the ones that come in the package.

Even so I am going to give it a shot. I think I have the basic idea of what they are trying to say and the biggest concern is not to splash or spill it from what I gather. I will probably try on my stomach tomorrow and I will post some pictures so we can find out if the product is worth the trouble. I did not mind the wait but also with the confusing directions- you think they could at least show some pictures of putting the tube together and showing a person actually using it (besides the one picture of the tube stuffed with a cotton ball).

Yes, I DID have to wait about three months for the order. We will see if it was worth the wait!

To all our customers, Klik and Pay was supposed to send us part of our commission ($8000) so that we could send out all the orders we have. They kept all the money! At this point everything stopped. We have the kits but no money to send them because they have your money. What do we do? Contact klik and Pay at customer@klikandpay.com and demand a refund, put blemishfree@hushmail.co in the CC line so we get a copy. Send Charlene your name and your order number. Then we will delete your original order. You can then order again from our website. It will not cost you any more in fact our price is less in many cases. We now have our oun credit card processor and we control both the money and the kits. We can send you a kit right away.

We were forced to move our distribution center to another state. Then when we reordered product it too almost three months. There is a rationing of the propellant. Please be patient.

A company should not take your money if they are not shipping. This dishonest, to say the least. Who keeps the money for months before they finally get around to sending the product. It is someones bank account getting interest - dont you get it.

I bought this a couple years ago and it worked. I ordered a can on march 1 and another one on the 12th but did not receive either one. I ask for a refund and got it right away. I believe this company is honest but having trouble shipping because of the terrorist threats. I will order again as soon as I hear they are shipping.

Charlene, Send me your product and I will agree to say that you are a reputable company. I waited 3 months and no product. Send me your product now if you dont we will have our suspicions confirmed that you are a bit rip off taking peoples money in a scam. KlipandPay appear to be also part of your scam. If they are legit your company is giving them a bad name. KlikandPay will also be receiving this letter . However I suspect that you and Klik and Pay are in this scam together. You are most likely the same people. Prove yourself you tardy unacceptable person with no morals.

Hey muggyaboutproduct...

Don't order you will never get your product I am out of pocket $202.00...i have sent no less than 30 emails to Charlene, I got one reply saying my order was being shipped...that was 4 weeks ago...I have now put the matter in the hands of my bank...logged a disputed claims...I have bought many products over the internet and this is the first time I have been robbed of my money...
Something needs to be done about this company...
