A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

I just wish this friggin redness would go away already! Are there any products out there that could help the redness diminish already. I do have fair skin but still it's been over a month now.

Hi Guy's, I have just ordered the kit so i will post to let everyone know how it goes. I asked Charlene for a sample first but unfortunately this wasn't something she could provide so I thought I would take the risk and buy but I will let everyone know if it does arrive and whether it works. I found this post very usefull so hopefully it can be useful for others as they consider buying.

I live in the UK so it may take a few days to arrive. I haven't actually tried any other product before but was considering PPX lazer treatment because we have quite a few private clinics around here but it's way more expensive than i'd like and I'd probably struggle to get the NHS to pay for that ;). I saw this and although it sounds a bit too good to be true I had to try for the sake of 70 quid. If it works then i don't understand why it's not in every high street store up and down the country because you would sell millions of these things but Fingers Crossed and we'll see.

Oh and Louis, if you never healed then could you let me know before I unleash this stuff on me. Also DEEZ how did the final result look for you and your girlfriend, any scars?

You can read my comment on the bottom of the previous page about ordering the product on 4/21/08. I received the product about a week after this date. I used it on two moles about the size of a pencil eraser on my thigh and 2 moles on my lower leg.
Also I treated a raised mole I had on the side of my face. I followed the directions and with one application they are all gone! The slight burn goes away in minutes and there is a small amount of redness around the treated area for about a week but it is fading fast. I have tried more expensive treatments that left me with a scar but this stuff does work and no scars. I think the negative comments on this site must be from competitors because I will stand behind it. If anyone wants to contact me feel free.
I will not dog other products but if you contact me directly I will tell you what I did try before. This is the one that actually works as advertised! Thank you Blemish-free.

Missdrd23

I wouldn't buy from your website. I can take one look at it and see "rip off" all over it.

I just had to repost this comment. Missdrd23 has never tried our product but seems to be a expert and web sites that are fraudulent?

Louis Matrone,

Pink is a very good sign of healing. Some people just take longer to heal than others. Please be patient I am sure your treatment will blend perfectly.

Note. I emailed Katherine and and she has not responded.

I have sent Justin Holman a free kit to try.

Charlene, My doctor told me they were just like second degree burns. Like I said before I treated without the focus tube so it was a large red circle originally after the big blisters drained. The good news is it has definitely faded to pink and at the bottom it is actually almost skin colour but not quite what I want the final result to be because even it's tone is much different to my skins and still quite noticeable. To answer your question it's been about a month since I treated this and I am not yet satisfide because the pink circles are still very noticeable, but I am still optimistic and think things will work out and it will keep fading, although the itchiness has gone down which makes me nervous that healing has slowed. Also can I treat scars with this stuff? The reason I ask is because I have some scars on my arm from dermatend and from how I saw the mole bubbling up into a blister, the blister draining and the mole pretty much rubbing off with the dead skin, I could imagine it doing the same thing to my scars and maybe even my stork bite mark on my leg? Lastly is it possible for the mols to grow back, something I'm always worried about.

Charlene, I sure hope you arent talking about me when you said...

"I have asked the person who said they never received their kit to contact me. No one ever contacted me. Makes you wonder if the complaint was genuine.

It seems there are many comments by people who simply have an opinion yet have never tried our product. Readers need to consider this. We have a great product and our partners Google, Yahoo and Klik and Pay would NEVER be associated with any company that was not 100% legitimate."

I cant believe you actually are trying to email me through this board. My name is the same as my email address, thought that was obvious, which is why I put my name on this board the same as my email address, in hopes that something would get done faster.

If so, you need to go back to school for some reading comprehension skills. Go back. I said I did finally get it, I even emailed you for a 4th time telling you that I finally received it. Went out of my way to make sure you werent still trying to work on my order. Nice of me huh? BTW, you only responded to my first and 4th emails, but I got the auto confirmation each time I sent an email.

Unfortunately, since I received my order on the 11th of April (Ordered it on Match 7th, sent the first email March 14th) and its now almost a full month later, I deleted all the emails because I did finally receive it and didnt need them anymore. I do have my sent ones if you'd like for me to post those however. Sent March 14th, April 2nd, April 8th, and April 11th when I received my order.

Scroll back, you will see that I came on here and said that I did finally receive my order, 33 days after I purchased it. Your second email to me told me that I was "out of your network" because Klik and Pay never gave you my order and you had to process it yourself, which is why I never received any confirmations or updates or anything.

I really dont like how you guys do business, which I put in my last email that you responded to telling me that I was "out of network". You blamed the other company and then blamed US customs. Take some responsibility. I live in WA state, you ship from Wisconsin, how the hell did customs hold my order for 30 days? Do you ship from the US through Canada back to the US?

I am disabled so I dont work for your competitors. My complaints were genuine, if you read, they werent about the product, they were about your poor communication with your customers and that I havent received my order within the 3-5 days promised (which I noticed you had changed it on your website now about customs). How can you come on here and claim no one ever contacted you when you replied to me twice and your system auto responded to me every time?

I never said you werent a legit company...well, I started to wonder when I didnt receive my order after I was told I would. Which is how I found this board doing a google search to see if it was a scam.

I have done everything I said I would. People have emailed me and asked me questions. I answered them 100% honestly (I have no reason not to). I told them all, it did work for both me and my girl friend. It did remove our skin tags but we havent tried it on moles nor freckles so we dont know how well it works on those.

And no, neither of our skins blistered but we helped each other apply it and used the focus tubes. I just have a small brown circle where the product was and its fading away. The skin tags fell off after about 4 days all on their own.

I may be one of few people that had a bad experience with the communication and shipping. But the product DID work for us. So if you dont mind waiting quietly in the dark for over a month on an order that you should receive in under a week, and dont mind paying $15 shipping when it says right on the label shipping is $2.66, go ahead and make the purchase imo.

Sadly, if we needed to, I would buy from the company again. I just dont expect anything but a working product eventually.

Louis Matrone you do not have second degree burns. You have frozen the blemished cells and now your body will cast them off and generate new cells.
How long ago did you treat yourself? Did you write to me through the site?

I really really dont want to just treat anyone like a guinea pig or anything, but ive been scarred by other f*cking products that say they remove moles and ofcourse they dont. Can anyone please put a testimonial on here as to if this product is legit or not and if it worked for you? Thank you.

I have second degree burns because I couldn't use the focus tube could someone please tell me how long til they fade? and that they will fade completely. Plus I'm worried the moles will grow back like they did with that absolute ### Dermatend.

Ok, I do have several moles I would like to remove without paying out the A$$ at the Doctors. It is 11:30pm CDT on 4/21/08. I just ordered the Blemish-Free. I will post how long it takes to get to me. I live in Houston, Tx. Once I receive it I will let you know then again if it really works.

Hey, I just used it about a week ago, it blistered up real badly, then the blister slowly drained and I was left with dead skin with the mole being a part of the dead skin I tore the first one off, which was stupid and the doctor said that one might scar. The other one I just tore off now, I doubt it will scab and scar like the other one because by this time the skin beneath has regenerated I think and it didn't hurt, can someone confirm this? The other one I am going to be patient with. I am confident it will be gone soon. I made a number of mistakes during this application though that I am warning others about, I didn't and couldn't use the focus tube because this is my left arm I am talking about and I needed an arm to hold the focus tube and another to spray. So I am warning you that if you are treating a blemish on a part of your body you can't reach with both arms then get somebody to help you. I just grabbed the can and sprayed and I ended up with what the doctor is calling second degree burns, he says they'll fade since they are not 3rd degree but my arm still looks like a blotchy mess. So if the second and third moles don't scab and scar and the burns fade then I will be a very happy customer. Because the moles are wearing away.

DEEZ I'm just curious if you have more details on what happened to your skin after you sprayed you blemishes? I haven't heard too many testimonies on peoples blemishes blistering and the skin then eventually dying and wearing away. Did it work this way for you. Could you trouble us for more details please?

Finally if things work out as they should I will be a huge supporter of blemishfree and gladly let people know about it. Also I will tell the world how much Dermatend sucks. Thanks for scarring me you &%*$#*@% ^$#%& at Dermatend.

Well, I said I would tell everybody if it worked or not. I gotta say. I worked pretty damned good. Well, it worked on my, the gf needs a little more time to evaluate, but it really does work for me. I'll tell people I know about it etc etc.

I only came back because I said I would if it worked and it did.

I'm still not thrilled about the 33 day shipping from Wisconsin to Washington state. Also not really thrilled about paying $15 for shipping when right on the shipping box it says shipping was only "$2.66 US Postage Fisrt Class".

BUT, the product does work and it worked pretty darn good.

Ok, I received my order earlier today. Well, kind of. Apparently they ran out of what I ordered and just substituted something else which "Many of our customers report no difference in either formula". You guys REALLY need to work on your you communications with your customers.

As soon as ya discovered you were out of inventory, ya should have just sent out emails to people whos orders you needed to alter. I would have been more patient (though over a month is still a bit ridiculous for a 3-5 day shipping time frame )had I known what was going on.

As for the can of compressed air theory, I can at least say its definitely not that and if you used this product to do that, you're gonna have some computer problems. Go ahead and dust off your motherboard with that stuff. See what happens..lol. Also, the red straw isnt the focus tube the red straw is to concentrate the product (whatever it is) INTO the focus tube instead of spraying it all over and waisting material.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not trying to be a fanboi here, because I have no clue if it really works and I'm very disappointed with their lack of communication with their customers. And still irritated that I paid $15 for shipping and I received it in the mail. Cost should be less than half that, maybe 1/5 that amount for "shipping".

That being said, I'll hold to what I said earlier. If it works, I'll tell everybody about it, if it doesnt, I wont say a word.

Fair enough?

How many times should I contact you exactly? I did it last week on Wednesday I believe it was, and I did it again yesterday. You want me to contact you daily. As for customs delaying the delivery over a month... I doubt it but ok. I'm not sure why customs would delay the shipment because I'm in the US. And if I understand correctly, you are shipping from the US.

Just let me know how many times you would like me to email you and I'll get right on it. I've received the auto response email each time I sent an email so I know at least that your system received them.

Will the customer who never received their product please contact me.

We have sold over 2500 kits and almost 800 refills in three years. And while we make every effort to keep our customers happy there are those who will always complain. We developed a specially formulated freeze spray which is not compressed air.
Please remember anyone can post on a complaint board.. People who have never tried have posted..our competitors may have posted here. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and we will gladly extend the guarantee to any customer who needs more time... we do this because our product works exactly like we say it does.

Customs inspections and special inspection due to the terrorist threat have delayed delivery of some of our kits. We have no control over this... We apologize for any delay in our customers receiving their kits...

Yes, because I bought something and never received it, its my fault and I'm the idiot. If it were a cream I wouldnt believe it either, but its not some miracle cream. Even if it is just a can of compressed air, the liquid inside can cause frostbite, which in turn would cause a mole or skin tag to fall off. I dont know anything about freckles though. So I can believe that there is a product out there that will freeze and kill off the "blemish" a person wishes to remove.

Well, I know nothing of the product myself. I only know that I bought it and the money cleared my bank over a month ago, and in 2 emails I still have yet to receive it.

Charlene there answered my first email on a Friday stating that Klik and Pay didnt give them my order even though they charged me and that she would be shipping my order out "first thing monday morning". Two and a half weeks later I write her back in an unfriendly email because I'm a bit irritated I spent $95 on nothing. She never responded back to that email even though I didnt curse at her, I merely demanded my product be shipped to me and I gave her 5 days, which was the amount of time I should have received it in in the first place.

I was searching to see if I was taking by a scam artist and came across this page here. I was going to be writing another email and see about file a fraud report against the company and see if I could get my $95 back since its been over a month and I dont believe my bank will do charge backs that far back. Truth be told, all I really want is the product I purchased, but if that wont happen, then I need to get my money back.

Oh, and Missdrd23. If you believe only ugly people get a mole or a freckle or even skin tags, you're an idiot. Not only that, but if you believe only ugly people need this product, then you yourself must be ugly because you too went to the website in search of a product to help make you less ugly. So why dont you not attack people that have a different opinion than you. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, even if its wrong like yourself. No need to respond right away, I'll wait til you're out of Junior High to hear your response.

Missdrd23 I haven't used this product but am contemplating buying it. Whilst everyone's entitled to their say, there's no need to be a ### about it as you are being. True the site has a bad layout but that's got nothing to do with the product itself- I couldnt care less how the site looked if the product worked for me because nothing Ive used in the past has, including the 'world famous' Meladerm.

The more important question is what is exactly in the can. If it is simply compressed air, the company is then perpetrating a fraud on the public. If it is not simply a can of air, then what is it? The other point is that there is a reason for the use of liquid nitrogen by dermatologists for the treatment of blemishes. A can of air will not get cold enough to affect a change in the skin, other than it may cause a burning sensation. Of course, this is when the can of air is upside down and then sprayed on the skin. Another point, if a can of air were cold enough to successfully treat blemishes referenced by this company, then doctors would be using this as a method of treatment, saving them a ton of money and adding to their bottom line. Not to mention, it would much safer to handle than liquid nitrogen.

If it is used for the treatment of blemishes, then this company selling in the U.S. must follow the same guidelines as any other company selling a health related product. They must disclose the contents of the can. If they will not, then they are most likely hiding the fact they are selling a can of air. Which by the way, when sold to the public for health related purposes, can not be more than 90 PSI. Which consequently is sold by two companies for $10.00.

I am a major supporter of Blemish Free and one of the many satisfyed customers of Blemish Free. I must admit i was very skeptical of this product and thats from using many products that did not work. I used Blemish Free on my shoulders (where i sprayed the product on a larger area, i did not use the focus tube) to get rid of freckles which are now completly gone, i only wish i had taken before and after photos so i could show you that it really does work. All my friends and family are amazed at what it has accomplished. I HAVE NO SCARS, just beautiful freckle free skin thanks to Blemish Free.
