A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

This dumb broad is a thief. The company is ###. Do not order this product. If you do you are as stupid and dumb as a cow - or should that be Vossey from the map of Tasmania - a ladies pubic hair as we refer to Tasmania here in Australia. Go look up your atlas

I am glad you have removed freckles with our product. We don't know the skin type of the customers we send kits to. So we can't tell you how long it will take you to heal. 97% of our customers heal in two weeks. You must have sensitive skin. Please know this. You will never scar with this product its just a matter of healing time.
We only treat the top layer of the skin so there can be no permanent damage to your skin..you will heal.
Readers please know that people with rare or sensitive skin type who take longer to heal post here. The thousands of customers who have no problems don't post here. So when people read here they think our product doesn't work or leaves a scar. Why should 3% of our customers influence all the readers?
We are with PayPal now and for the past five months we have not had a single problem. When you buy through PayPal you can easily get a refund if you are not satisfied.

Hi,
I first used this product about a month and a half ago...when i first used it, it was very very painful. Even though i used the focus tube, the area of skin that eneded up frozen was about a 10p piece (i was spraying small individual freckles). Blisters formed in one or two areas and rest just went red. I tried to let the scabs heal naturally but inevitably showering/dressing etc meant some were damaged ...either way, the skin over all of them has now come off. About 50% of the freckles i sprayed came completely off, the other half a fainter version of the freckle remains underneath. After nearly two months I still have bright red/purple circles of 'rough' feeling skin on all the areas of skin i sprayed. It kind of looks like i took the cigarette lighter from my car and burnt myself! I have been using bio-oil religiously since i spayed to try and get the redness to fade but im really worried they are going to leave scars and ill end up worse off then i was before. Has anyone had similar experience? thanks.

I am sorry but you have a rare skin type. About 3% of all customers don't respond to freeze therapy while 97% have positive results. We tell all our customers to test our product first.
Please write to me and refer to your complainant and we will refund your money. You are not scared. I can tell you how to remove the white area.

Purchased the product, tested it on a spot on my arm following all instructions, using the focus tube, applied for slightly less than recommended time. Two years later I still have the spot and white scarring around the outer edge. I emailed the supplier a few months after using the product and said it didn't work. Supplier was uninterested in helping me, no refund, just wrote that I needed to try it again.

We raise the price of the refill in order to be able to balance our books. The refill is $40 less than an full kit. We have many repeat customers who buy refills and then treat family members and friends. These family members and friends do not buy their own kits and we lose money.

Has anyone found a product similar to Blemish Free that is available? Charlene is a pathetic excuse for customer service. She never responds to emails and yet she has all the time in the world to come to this forum and defend her inadequacies. Charlene, why don't you try doing your job. Last time I heard from you, Charlene, I asked you why you were posting on this forum about how your prices have lowered and yet they have actually raised. Do your ###ing math! All you sent back was the same blurb you posted here that was completely irrelevant to what I asked.

Please request a refund from klik and pay. They will put your money back on your credit card. Once that is complete you can order from our web site.

What a big difference there is in credit card processors. We had several problems with our previous credit card processor. Since we went to PayPal we have shipped 238 kits out of 238 orders. We can deliver a kit within seven days now.
Trust the number one company.

Our product has been successfully used by over 8000 customers. You know as well as I that the warning labels always tell the worse possible things that could happen to you. No one in seven years has had an problem with side effects using our product.
Our product is much safer than the liquid nitrogen dermatologists use. Liquid nitrogen is over -200 degrees cold. Our product is -60 degrees. Now which would you prefer to use? Its like saying don't go to the gas station because gas in very dangerous.
Our product freezes the blemish cells. It does not burn. Then your body casts off the frozen cells and replaces them with new skin cells.
Interesting that your post is only your opinion and contains no actual experience with our product. readers should know unsupported opinions are not helpful.

I ordered my product in November and received it just over two months later. They state that their product is safe and compare it to the freezing method that dermatologists use.
However, the ingredient in Blemish Free is 1 1 1 2-tetrafluoroethane. The side effect of this chemical is burning of the skin. Basically frostbite. Hence, how it works to burn off the moles. Little wonder it also damages the skin and leaves marks and scars. This, obviously, is not what Dermatologists use to freeze off moles. It can also cause blindness if it gets into your eyes. It causes asphyxiation if inhaled enough. It's an environmental hazard and should be banned (it has been banned in Europe for some uses). I regret purchasing this product and can't believe this product is able to be sold due to it's dangers.

Blemish Free have taken money out of many peoples accounts unorthoized, with no product received. You should wonder why there are 33 pages of mostly complaints on this website. Or then maybe you dont ? These people are liars and ### and should be run out of town. How can you side with this sort of dishonesty. What i do allday is most likely beyond you so dont worry about it dear.

How many people have reported your company to the police, ACCC solicitors, barristors etc. Klik and Pay took the money out of my account at least twice at your instigation. They will attest to this. You are rude and ill-informed. Your slanderous comments have been recorded. When you pushed the purchase button on our website you were then taken to Klik and Pays encrypted servers where you entered your credit card information. Klik and Pay charged your card and took your money. We are a website not a bank. We have no way of charging your credit card. We have no way of taking money from customers.
You can post all you want...I will not respond. You don't know what you're talking about. I have turned this over to our lawyer.

Charlene, You might be able to fool a few people and have others write good reviews for you . However what about the hundreds you have scammed out of their money. Also the emails you never bother to answer. You have not explained how you took unothorised money from my account and I have never received your product... Legit companies do not debit someones credit cards until the product has been sent. Your tardiness is appalling.

I wanted to comment on the number of complaints we have received. We have been in business for seven years. That's 4 1/2 pages per year. And those are not all complaints. Many are from customers praising our product. Many post and have never contacted me for assistance. some as me questions here and I respond here. Considering the customer must treat themselves, and many don't read all the instructions I am not surprised by these numbers. So its not fair to say all the comments are complaints.

I will keep ordering this product from you, because i believe in it and you have never let me down.
You sent me another refill when one bottle was faulty... no questions asked
When customs took my product...you sent me another, and both with NO CHARGE.
