customer service attacks gun buyer with I.D. theft !

i can say i have dealt with BK ARMS and from all of the dealings i have had with the man he has been very respectful and helpful to me. he has bent over backwards to make sure my transactions with him have gone without a hitch. he has extended a courtesy to me he doesnt normally do since it takes more of his time than it normally would but because i was polite and treated him the way i expected to be treated he did this for me. i have also dealt with people that do not bother to read the auction terms on the auction sight that i use when bidding on BKARMS guns. his auctions ALWAYS state how the time fram for the item to ship.
i have rated him as one of the top dealers that i deal with and have recommended him to friends.
mark altman of Sligo, PA refuses to show BOTH sides of correspondence. He posts age old personal info from DECADES ago and even info from OTHER people he thinks is me, yet he neglects to show the following that he emailed to me. Is this guy weird or what?

This "buyer" wanted the gun to materialize in front of his face the second he FINALLY paid it off. I sell at $20 over cost. Clearly stated in auctions and web site to allow 5 to 7 days for shipping. He agreed. By the way, 9 out of 10 buyers on the site he shows feedback from do NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT ME. But, I leave a negative feedback when they don't so they retaliate. View my feedback on Gunbroker and Auction Arms. Sites that matter, AND HOLD BOTH parties responsible for the transactions. I get my buyers NEW guns at $20-$25 over MY COST, and for every unhappy a-hole like Mark Altman of Sligo, PA I have 50 who love the deal they get.They come back for more and get them at $15 over cost as repeat buyers. This guy wanted me to kiss his a** for $20. I WILL NOT DO THAT. But I will get you the gun you want for that $20 profit. I sell guns. I do not kiss a**. His is one side of the story. Sorry, but I am not wal mart. The customer is not always right if they act like an ### and treat me as such. Self employment is a good thing.
