I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Bizzlebox Sociedad Anonima and its owner, Lesley Lyon, real name Lesley Denise Macleod. As a new foreigner to costa rica starting my business I was introduced to Lesley Lyon and I engaged Bizzlebox for a comprehensive marketing package, paying a substantial sum in the high five figures. However, the services promised were never delivered, leaving me with nothing but empty promises and a significant financial loss.
From the outset, Bizzlebox's communication was sporadic and unprofessional post payment. Emails were often left unanswered, and phone calls were met with vague assurances and excuses. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I was met with a wall of silence and inaction.
As the weeks turned into months, it became clear that Bizzlebox had no intention of fulfilling its obligations. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, Lesley Lyon refused to take responsibility for her company's failure to deliver. Her dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were deeply disheartening.
I am not alone in my experience. Numerous others have come forward with similar complaints about Bizzlebox, alleging deceptive practices, unfulfilled promises, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It appears that Lesley Lyon has a pattern of preying on unsuspecting individuals, taking their money and providing nothing in return.
After further investigation Bizzlebox was disolved long ago by law 9428 for failing to pay taxes further highlights the company's dubious financial dealings. This raises serious concerns about Lyon's ability to manage a business ethically and responsibly.
I urge anyone considering engaging Bizzlebox and services provided by conartist Lesley Lyon aka LESLEY MACLEOD to exercise extreme caution. Based on my personal experience and the testimonies of others, it is clear that SHE is not trustworthy and does not have the best interests of its clients at heart.
I am determined to hold Lesley Lyon and Bizzlebox accountable for their actions. I will pursue all available legal avenues to seek justice and ensure that others are not taken advantage of in the future. Is there anyone who can help guide me through the costa rican legal system? I am new to cr.

She has been known to run in tight circles with call center scammers that target the elderly in particular via phone calls promising winnings from sweepstakes where first bankrupting sums of capital are charged to the unsuspecting victims as taxes.
LESLEY DENISE MACLEOD’S involvement with Bizzlebox Sociedad Anonima, a company dissolved by law for tax evasion, is merely the tip of the iceberg. This once-functioning entity served as a mere façade, concealing Lyon's illicit activities. Evidence suggests that Bizzlebox was a disguise while Lesley has connections with an Eastern European cartel, specializing in extortion.
Under the guise of legitimate business dealings, Lesley and her associates exploited innocent individuals, lining their pockets with ill-gotten gains. Their ruthless tactics have left a trail of victims, their lives shattered by Lesley 's insatiable greed.
The Costa Rican legal system has taken notice, with multiple lawsuits filed against Lyon, accusing her of fraud and extortion. These cases paint a grim picture of a woman who has attempted to build her wealth on the manipulation of others.
Macleods attempts to maintain an image of respectability have crumbled under the weight of mounting evidence. Her emotional connections to the Eastern European cartel, coupled with her involvement in Bizzlebox media and productions and the pending lawsuits, expose her true nature – a cunning manipulator who thrives on exploiting the vulnerable under numerous alias’s posing as mafia debit collectors for example like this SERGI GALKIN ( i am attaching some of his emails received ); who claimed via email his intentions to harass me and my company along with my friends and anyone associated with me in an online slander campaign.
The residents of San Rafael de Escazu may have welcomed Lyon into their community, unaware of the darkness that lurked beneath her veneer of normalcy. But as the truth unravels, Lyon's carefully constructed façade is crumbling, revealing the depths of her desperate depravity. Lesley is accusing me of not returning funds for having turned them over to be confiscated by the authorities upon investigating standard KYC- know your client for an “ intended investment in my company”.
