I went to Bishop’s in University Place Washington for a color and cut. I was stuck sitting in her chair for close to four hours for a service (s) that should not have taken more than 2 hours maybe 2 1/2 maximum. When I booked my appointment requested a senior stylist. Through conversation with this stylist I learned that she had been on the floor only six months. Anyway, my hair was destroyed! Looked nothing like the picture I showed. My hair was damaged and yellow and the cut was so bad. I couldn’t make heads or tails of what she was trying to attempt. I myself am a licensed cosmetologist since 1992. This awful experience was beyond devastating. I’ve been wearing a hat or my hair pulled back for a year. Because it looks awful and was so damaged I wasn’t about to risk putting any type of chemical/s on it. I wish I would have known about your site long ago. I asked for my $300 plus dollars back and they refused. They said that all they could off me was to have that same stylist or the manager fix it within 7 days. It was not possible for me to have anything done, no chemicals inna7 day time. I wouldn’t have had any hair. I wish I could tell you the exact date but I can’t remember. However, I’m sure they will remember me. With any luck at all maybe you can help. If not me, then help someone else by Reprimanding how long or how my situation was handled or shall we say not handled. Thank you for your time

Desired outcome: I would love some of my money returned. I still I am scared to go have my hair done anywhere. It’s been about a year and it looks awful. The first photo is what my hair looks like the other 2 we’re what I was wanting at least similar.
