Biolyfe Weight loss / detox gummies

I ordered $259.99 of weight loss / detox gummies on 8/26/22 using my Citizen's Bank debit card. I called BIOLFE within 30 minutes to cancel. BIOYFE said the order processed and I had to wait for product to arrive and then and ship it back for COMPLETE refund. I sent ALL bottles (UNOPENED; photos) via US certified mail: received by BIOYFE. I never received my refund and my repeated emails and phone calls to "Support" were for naught.

I HAVE CHASED MY MONEY SINCE AUGUST 2022. I am concurrently pursuing action with the FBI and the FL A/G. BIOLYFE is not registered with the FL Secretary of State. Biolyfe Products

I had tried to order a certain type of product from this company. I never signed on for continuing service, nor auto-billing. Yet the company has not only sent numerous bottles of the incorrect product, they continue to bill and send more of the same product I've told them is incorrect. I've tried their supposed phone number, plus their web site, and their customer service. All to no avail, I'm forced to change my Bank Account number, and my card services to avoid future billings. Also, as they refuse to respond I can't get them to send me the information to return all their unopened products to get my money back. If this isn't the definition of Bad Business practices, then I don't know what would be. I've tried for 2 months, since receiving the 1st shipment to resolve this. I was just billed again for the service I never signed up for 2 days ago.

Desired outcome: I only wish to recover my funds that have been continuously billed for, that I never wanted, nor signed up for. Every bill is for a product I never ordered, and refuse to have.

Biolyfe Keto gummies

On December 7, 2022, I ordered five bottles of Keto Gummies for $119.98 via their website. Upon checking my credit card statement, I found that Biolyfe actually charged me $199.99 instead of what they advertised on their website ad. I brought this to their attention and they eventually credited me back the $80 overcharge after arguing over the details of the ad several times. I received the initial shipment of gummies ordered a few weeks later and began trial use of them. However, after a few weeks of use, I noticed no weight loss and decided they weren't working for me. At which point, I had no intention of continuation of their use or making a reorder for more.

Fast forward to February 2023 and a mysterious package arrives in the mail that I didn't order or authorize containing another five bottles of Keto Gummies. I thought this certainly must be a mistake and checked my credit card statement. Sure enough, Biolyfe had billed me on January 8th for $119.98. This was done without my consent or authorization. I complained to them numerous times by email asking them to refund my money and send a call tag or pre-paid shipping label for return of their products to no avail. They told me that the first order rolls over to a automatic shipment if not cancelled. I never agreed to such a thing when I placed the initial order and feel this is fraudulent. No order or shipping notice was received from them and the gummies just showed up out the blue. If I had known they were being shipped, I would have refused them at delivery. Since I was not getting the desired resolution, I contacted my credit card company and reported these charges as fraudulent whereupon they cancelled my card and referred the matter to their fraud department for investigation. I continued to try and work with Biolyfe for a mutually satisfactory conclusion to this matter, but to this end, they have refused to participate in a reasonable conclusion.

Hundreds of similar complaints have been filed at the BBB! Check them out yourself. Not everybody can be wrong. Biolyfe is unscrupulous and you should avoid doing business with them. As the old saying goes "caveat emptor"!

I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida. Biolyfe replied withing 24 hours offering to give me a courtesy refund which I accepted. Your best bet is not to do business with them in the first place but not everybody will be able to avoid getting into a hassle with them as their website and advertising is tricky. But if you did get stuck in the mud, this is how I recommend you get out of the hole you dug.

Biolyfe Weight loss product

The weight lose product that you receive is not the one that they advertise. The advertisement states that you take one at bedtime but when you receive the product it states on the bottle that you take twice a day 30 minutes before meals and also it puts you on and auto renewal list. The product was for one FREE bottle! This product does not work! What a scam!
