We needed a good trunk lid for my customers a 71 Olds Cutlass Supreme, Frank assured me multiple times he had a rust free one. After paying top dollar, it finally arrived by UPS, first thing we noticed it was damaged in shipping, he didn`t express any concern. After inspecting it, right away we could tell it wasn`t
good at all, full of rust, with many pinhole`s, and pin hole repairs, grinding marks, and all covered up with primer. even the edges were grounded right through.
Had to phone him many times, most of the time wouldn`t answer. Then when we finally spoke, he kept telling me he sent me a good, so I sent him many photos, then claiming I made the pinholes on the outer skin, He said wouldn`t refund me but would make it up to us next time, so we requested a console for the same car. He replied by saying he would sell me a restored one for $2500 plus shipping, I replied we are not sending you anymore money! Then he would send me a steering column for the olds, all we received was a beat up
steering wheel for a Buick, REALLY! Started calling him again, leaving msg`s.
SUPRISE no return call.
I am SO disappointed with FRANK, and his company, and can`t believe I have been resorted to do this! I HOPE everyone does their research BEFORE
doing business with Frank P. Delarzeler III.
Recommendation: Can not recommend.
