On the 1st of january 2025 i booked 3 tickets with mainliner bus, for r980 per seat, from uithenhage to pretoria station.
On the 4th of january 2025 the day of pick up the company send another bus big sky i did not book that bus because it is a uncomvartable no space bus. I booked the mainliner because 2023 desember i ride that bus to pretoria and was sattesfied with it so i booked again for desember 2024 for comfort because of my legs i need space and that bus the big sky doesnt have any space neither comfort, i am highly upset with that and the fact that i paid almost r1000 rand per ticket but didnt get what i paid for thats not nice if i wanted to ride the big sky bus i could have get it for cheaper so no what, the drivers was very nice and drove nicely but the bus itself is n big no no.
Please i need somebody to resolve this issue fast and

16/11/2025 15:50 Big sky Butterworth to Johannesburg via Kokstad ride was my worst ever. Bus was so cold that I couldn't feel my toes.
The dark short Pedi driver was so rude, he
opened a fan even though I asked him to rather switch it off because it blows cold air.
I had the worst experience ever.
Yes sir ... and the fact that since my complaint nobosy of this company call me or send a reply ... they are worthless dont care about there passangers only money money thats all ... they are pathetic
