I am from France and often I travel to Bali to buy jewellery and clothing and items for the homeware in Bali. I most always buy the products in Ubud, but I also try some shops in the Legian area. I found shop on Alibaba called Big Ben Beads, so I visit their shop. Alhtough the product is looking good at first, and the samples good, when shipped to my country, the product is falling apart and have many problems. They do not be caring about my problems with the product but just want my money. they are the bad people and I never deal with them again. I also talk to two other people who have thsis same problem and I they told other people, so if you being in the Bali area do not be shopping there.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Has found base of scam which as administrators speak will be constantly updated and for this purpose they use the methods! http://antiscammers.net/ The base can be found in the first message

I want make confirm, that i don't Mrs stephanie ..because she make complain about my shop service..and she lying about purchasing in my shop..
So I want make clear, if she had problem with the item purchasing, they can showing the proove purchasing or invoice...
And about Mrs Angela, she is my good buyers, , and we have good relation business ..she have silver shop too in Bali..

My name is Sue and I'm from England. I'm a linguist. What I see mostly from the above comments is the language appears to be from the same source, yet one says they are from France, one from Indonesia and the other from USA. I smell a rat! I have taught people from both France and Indonesia and they do not write English in this manner, as for the American, strange grammar for an American, unless of course they are not native speakers, in which case, again they are writing very much in the same style as the other two. Just my humble opinion.

My Name is Angela from USA, I've been in jewelry bussiness for years, not only in fashion jewelry but also in 925 sterling silver, I am a longtime customer from Bigben bali bead, so far their product are fine, and its sells quite good, and i want to share something about fashion jewelry, fashion jewelry can't be perfect, however there are chance that some material might not be 100% excellent but that can be understand, so until now when there are rejects item that I got from bigben they always willing to replace the item and shipped it with my next shipment.I even had recommended bigben to several of my friends and so far they don't have any problem with bigben
if if stephanie really order something from bigben then why can she prove it? she can scan the invoice and scan the photo of the broken jewelry in this site so people can see, besides aisha already said that if this is true and you can prove it then she is willing to replace them.
What I see from this matter is maybe the broken item is not bigben's product, could be someone elses but she forget which shop made it.besides why did she straigh away put this m atter in the complaint board without discussing it with bigben? its obvious that she only want to make bigben name become bad in the jewelry bussiness
