On the 17 October 2022 I purchased a vw polo tsi Comfortline 2016 model at Bidvest Mccarthy vw Middleburg from a salesperson called Zenzele Gcwensa [protected]. I was advised my number plates; licence disc and Spare key would be courier to my address till to date 4months later I have not received anything as per agreement.
On the 30th of November 2022 I drove from Lydenburg to Middleburg personally to find out wat is going on only to find no answers. I was referred to another salesperson called Manqoba [protected] who had nothing to offer but a bad attitude and very rude.
On the 2nd of December 2022 I drove again back to Middleburg this time I was received by the Manager of the branch called Jaco [protected]. He took a photo of the old disc on my arrival and gave me the same story that everything will be courier but that was just a empty promise from a whole appointed Manager.
On the 23 December 2022 My Brother Mr BW Mkhabela [protected] decided to intervene on the matter because he believed this was not professional n unfair treatment from Bidvest McCarthy vw Middleburg. He drove with vehicle to middle where he was received by the very same Manager Jaco and took a photo again of old disc, he left car the whole day at their premisses so they can fix this issue but, on his return, he was told the same story that they will courier on the 28 December 2022 but did not receive anything.
I have tried so many attempts but failed in this process I have lost a lot of money and time in travelling with my own patrol and airtime calling. I request this matter to be escalated to the above because I have made endless attempts. I have attached all the communication an urge Bidvest vw McCarthy to take my complaint into consideration and take action
