I went to this web site after seeing an ad. I registered and put in my credit card information with a slightly uneasy feeling but I thought ok it is for future purchases. I bid $.01 for a 10 bid package and won it. That is all I bought. The next day my credit card was billed $99.00. After many attempts to get through to them with no answer I called my credit card company and initiated a fraud dispute. I finally did get through to a lady who said by entering the website the way i did I agreed to purchase the 175 bid pack which is one of the more expensive packs. I did not agree to that. I never saw anything about that. She said in essence said TOO BAD.

the only reason why i put my credit card info in was because it was side by side comparison to ebay which is by far the winner. there was no way to look at the terms of service because before i put my credit card info in i tried to read them... it bounced me over to the "fill out your credit card info to continue" i figured it was "better" or equivalent to paypal... so i trusted this company. it deceived me. i has taken from my family and it should have a class action lawsuit put against it. they have completely refunded me my bids i paid for from the stolen, un authorized 99.00 because while i waited on the phone i bid on their stuff after a half hour of waiting on the phone out of anger. i am not an addict to things nor am i an addict to bidding. i do however, believe in standing for truth and justice. i want my refund. i am going to any lengths to get it and i have no problem being honest in everything that happened.
eventually i hung up... i have a life. this is a joke i even have to take time away from my child to tend to these sorts of issues.
i went to the bank...on the way there, i got through to an answering machine...lol left my name and number last friday...it took them a week to call me back today. they hung up on me three times in all and i did get one left message...(perhaps i was working?) funny thing is, they didn't hang up after the message was left. the person was scolded for leaving me a live message...i have it saved for the person if they get fired...lol
this is great
ps i want my refund and none of your nothing to buy like on ebay EBAY RULES...U RULE ADDICTS.

Looking at your screen shot that you provided as your so called proof, I can't find anywhere on there that says it is a "requirement" that you purchase a bid pack. The way it appears to me is that it is an option if you choose to buy it. Furthermore, as someone else has already stated, if you had been paying any attention to the previous posters you would have seen the one common figure they all mentioned- $99.00. Where on your oh-so obvious chart is there a bid pack for $99.00? I guess some of us just aren't as smart as you, huh? Maybe we should all TYPE IN CAPITAL LETTERS and use profanity to get our points across. Looks like it sure worked for you.

BidRack is a scam run by Deepak Argawal he is responsible for many online scams. They will ship cheap items, expensive ones when people complain and maybe refunds if you complain enough. You can spend hours begging for your money back OR you can CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. This takes 10 minutes at most, if they want you to sign some forms, print these complaints and mail it back with a copy to your local politician. Your money will be refunded 100% of the time guaranteed. IT will also cost bidrack $35-$100 when you call your bank and dispute the charge. This will get them shut down and put out of business.

CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE, DO NOT DEAL WITH BIDRACK...

You were scammed tell your bank to send you a new card so they dont charge you again

it's shady at best. What amazes me is how much emotion you have invested in this. Do you work for them? Was this set up your idea? The webmaster perhaps? It's shady, and you're shady...now run along

First of all, I am not ###ing ###ed and the tone of your post suggests to me that you are not very bright. Clearly I am not the only one who missed the part where we were advised that our credit card was going to be charged. No where was there a selection of bids to purchase. Can you possbibly open your mind to the possibility that just maybe we had different registration pages? That maybe myself and others were not given the same options as you? How about we just look at the obvious? My card was charged $99...where is that price in your list? eh?
No, I am not ###ing ###ed but clearly you yourself have some issues in which you come here to find solace...good luck with that.

Same thing happened to me. Registered on the site to learn more...$99.00 gone. I've been trying to get them to return my money but they claim that it's a non-refundable purchase. I'm trying to explain that I didn't purchase anything! Their solution? ? Offer me free bids...are you kidding me? Has anyone had their money returned? I can be reached at gekkojoe@gmail.com
I would love to hear how you did it...a hundred dollars is a lot of money for me.
thanks!

There is nowhere on the sign in sheet or credit card info that staes you will be Biolled $99 usd however they do state The Following (Bid Pack Order detail)
o Premium Account .60c Per Bid
165 Bids Total $99.dollars
But there is nowhere on the sign up sheet That says you will be charged this amount on your credit card that you provide them. This is false advertising and and a scam.
iwill anitiate a fraud dispute to my credit card and advise bBB of this scam.

Initial plan was to try, but ended up charging $99 to my credit card. This amount was never displayed/reviewed when keying in credit info and mailing address in the registration pages. I found out the charge by checking with the credit card company 30 minutes later. Called bidrack right away for refund. The operator said she could give more bonus bid but no refund. Still waiting for her supervisor to return my call for refund. My credit card company said I can file a dispute with this transaction, but still need to negotiate for refund with bidrack to fulfill the credit card transaction dispute. Wait time to answer was at least 15 minutes. Definitely not a customer oriented business.

Same thing just happened to me! Thank god Im not the only one. They made me feel like it was my fault and extremely rude! They would not budge on giving me a refund. If they cant resolve this than as soon at the transaction goes through my bank i will file a dispute. That web site is so cluttered anyways. BEWARE PEOPLE!

This is the EXACT SAME scenario here with me as well...I hope they issue a refund or I will be contacting the BBB and will be disputing the charge with my bank!
