I've been a loyal customer of BHFO for over 14 years now, and I've seen the company grow from eBay to their own website. However, I have to say that my experience with them as a Canadian has not been great. The shipping fees are absolutely crazy, and don't even get me started on the customs fees - they are just RIDICULOUS!

Recently, I placed an order for two t-shirts and an all-in-one spandex jumper, which came to a total of $26.45 US. Now, that's already around $34 Canadian, which is kind of high if you ask me. But then, to my dismay, I was hit with a $15.75 customs fee! Can you believe it? For just three items that weigh less than 2 lbs and have that price value? It's just not worth it.

I understand that BHFO offers some great deals, but for those of us outside of America, it's just not a true deal after you factor in the exchange rates, shipping fees, and customs fees. In fact, it can end up being more expensive than just buying the item new. So, unfortunately, I cannot recommend BHFO to my fellow Canadians.

I gotta say, I've been using BHFO for a while now and I still have a bit of a problem with their cancellation feature. I mean, come on, other sites have a quick cancellation option that lets you fix any mistakes you made with your order within 30 minutes. Why can't BHFO have that too?

And don't even get me started on their promo codes. I've had a few instances where a code that's supposed to give me a 15% discount just won't work, but the one that's advertised as 20% off does. It's like they're playing some kind of weird discount roulette game or something.

Honestly, I think BHFO could really benefit from having a button at checkout that automatically applies the best promo code available. It would make things so much easier for the customer and probably increase their business too. I mean, who wants to deal with checkout issues? They're a total buzzkill and can really leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Overall, I still like using BHFO, but I really hope they can work out these kinks in their system. It would make the shopping experience so much smoother and less frustrating.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with BHFO's customer service. I had a bit of an issue with an order I placed - never got the darn thing! - and at first, I was pretty frustrated. They told me there wasn't much they could do since I didn't opt for insurance when I made the purchase. But then, out of the blue, I got a message from Lance, the Customer Service Manager. Dude was on it! He reached out to me a few times, both by email and voicemail, and worked with me to get my purchase refunded.

I gotta say, I was pretty surprised by how much he cared. It's not often you find someone who's willing to go the extra mile like that. I really appreciate the personal attention he gave me, and I'm happy to say that I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks, BHFO!

I recently made a purchase on BHFO's website, spending over $400 on various items. Unfortunately, I received one item that was defective and another that was the wrong size. I immediately reached out to their customer service team via email on Wednesday and Saturday, but received no response.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to give them a call on Monday. To my surprise, someone answered right away and instructed me to email pictures of the items in question. I followed their instructions and received a response asking for more pictures.

While I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue, I can't help but feel like they're dragging the process out over two items that cost a total of $18.98. In my opinion, they should have inspected the items prior to shipping them out to ensure there were no defects and that the sizes were correct.

As a result of this experience, I am now considering leaving negative reviews and reaching out to my credit card company to rectify the situation. It's disappointing to see a company that prides itself on customer service fall short in this area.

Overall, I hope that BHFO can improve their customer service and take steps to ensure that their products are of the highest quality before shipping them out to customers.

I gotta say, BHFO (bhfo.com) has been my go-to for a while now. I recently had a bit of a hiccup with the return shipping charge estimate on my last order. They were charging per item returned, which would have been crazy high if I had shipped them back separately. But, being the savvy shopper that I am, I decided to do what I always do when I buy multiple items from them - I shipped the two items I wanted to return back in the same bag they were sent in. And guess what? It cost me 70% less than their estimate and I still got a tracking number. Score!

This time around, I went a little crazy during their $18.00 sale and picked out 7 items, plus 3 more on sale for $6.99 or less. My total item cost was $33 and change. I reviewed my list and only bought the items that I knew would be perfect for me. And boy, am I pleased with my order! I got 2 pairs of tennis shoes, a pair of undies, and a fabulous pair of earrings from BCBG for a steal. That's how I'm going to have to buy from BHFO from now on. I'll just have to buy my clothing from my other favorite sellers who offer free or low-cost return shipping. Because let's face it, clothing doesn't always fit or look right. That's why stores have dressing rooms and online sellers should have no or low return shipping costs.

Overall, I'm still a big fan of BHFO and will continue to shop there. They have great deals and a huge selection. And even though I had a little issue with the return shipping charge estimate, I was able to work around it and still get some amazing items at a great price. Thanks, BHFO!
