Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the driver (Mr Arun) and conductor of the Bharati Travels bus (KA51-AD-8206) that I traveled in today. The behavior of the driver and conductor was extremely unprofessional, and I am deeply unhappy with my experience.
The driver and conductor were extremely rude and disrespectful to both myself and other passengers. They were shouting and using foul language, which made the atmosphere inside the bus very uncomfortable. They were also driving recklessly, which put our safety at risk. And also asked extra money for upgrading seat.
Furthermore, when I tried to address their behavior, they completely ignored me and continued with their inappropriate behavior. I was shocked and disappointed to see such a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
So I kindly requesting you to don’t recommend passengers to journey these kind of buses and also keep feedback in your app. NOW YOU DONT HAVE IN YOUR APP FOR FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINT...
