Have followed thru with all required maintenance of my vehicle to have this warranty be in effect when my vehicle malfunctioned. Reputable dealer/service center in the area contacted "BG" in order to get authorization of service. 3 days later, BG was still refusing to back their claims. Dealer fixed problem, but "ate" most of the costs because they believed that BG was not following through with their "promises"
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
