On aug 8th 2022 I placed a order #19053 with the company beyond the infinity. My bank account on aug 8th was charged $117.09. I reached out to the company but got no where. I asked for a refund but never received it. I got ripped off. What more can I tell you. I didn't receive my order but my bank account was charged for something I ordered but didn't receive.

Desired outcome: outcome.....I get my order or get a refund . Pretty simple

I placed a order #19053 on Aug 7 2022 .The company Beyond the infinity charged my bank account on Aug 8 2022 $117.09 . Ive reached out numerous times and never got anywhere so i ask for a refund. As of today Sept 21 i still don't have anything .
