IF ANYONE ONE THAT LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT IN GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA, DON'T RENT A PLACE OFF THIS GUYS NAME JACK LUKWINSKI AND HIS SIDE KICK ALEX GRESSIL..THEY ARE CROOKS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT ..THEY BREAK, ALL THE RULES AND GIVE NO TENANTS RIGHT S, THEY DON"T FOLLOW THE LANDLORD & TENANCY ACT& THEY MAKE THERE OWN RULES .. THEY ARE REALLY BAD NEWS ..AND THEY ARE NOT LANDLORDS THEY ARE CROOKS AND THE PLACES THEY RENT ARE NOT UP TO CODE PLUS IF YOU LIVE IN THEM YOU CAN HEAR ALL THE OTHER TENANTS THROUGH THE WALLS ETC. ..THEY ARE CROOKS VERY SHADY ..! SLUMLORDS ...! PLUS GOOGLE SEARCH HIS NAME AND THERE IS OTHER PEOPLE WHO COMPLAINT ABOUT THESE NAME, I WISH I WOULD OF SEARCH HIS NAME BEFORE I AGREE TO RENT.I GOT BURNT AND RIP OFF TO FROM THIS GUYS ..! .. BUT LESSON LEARNT FROM NOW ON I WILL ALWAYS SEARCH ON LANDLORD NAMES IN FUTURE TO SEE IF ANY BAD NEWS SHOW UP OR SCRAM WARNING ..!

he also did the same with me, in regards to damage deposit, upping the rent, no repairs in a mold infested place, or repairs that needed to be done. He "looks" after properties, piss poor job i say (u dont put silicone on a wood deck to stop the rot)
Agreed! He also kept my damage deposit. I also took him to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service and won. I am glad lots of people have already made complaints about him, he is a crook!
I totally agree. Jack is unscroupulous. He promised my son and a co-worker a 2 bedroom basement suite and when they got to Grande Cache it was a total lie. It was a 1 bedroom with the second bedroom being a matress on the floor of the living room. We took them to a hearing with the Residential Tennancy dispute board but he lied and they sided with him if you can believe it.
He is not to be trusted!
