Betus.pa review: Betting online service

Today is August 11, 2022 and the time is 10:25 am eastern time when I called Betus.pa to request my payout. My account has only $250 (available to play/cash out & my winnings) and $0.01 of freeplay. First I tried to withdraw my winnings online. When I tried they denied me and said that I have to call due the fact that I have $4k+ of roll over credit/bonus that has to be wagered before I can cash out. I have 2 issues with this. 1st off that $4K+ credit/bonus is nonsense! I have a balance of $0.01 of bonus/free play! So they can just make things up and say I have some roll over credit/bonus that I must play 1st before I can cash out? So in reality there is no bonus/free play ($0.01), they want me to spend $4K+ in cash in order for me to get my $250! This is clearly a scam! I've used them for years before sports betting became legal in New York and I never had this issue. And 2nd of all there is no way I can bet $4k+ and come out on top/positive side to claim my $250, so essentially I lost my $250! And I also don't appreciate the assumption that I have to be more active (placing bets) in order to claim my winning. I was inactivate all of last year except for 2 wagers, the one that I won ($250) and a pending wager. What, am I in a casino now because Betus wants to operate like one! Stay Away from this company! Dishonest and deceitful! Especially with a lot more and better competition available out there nowadays! Stay away! Stay away!
