Actually case wasn't dropped, Mrs. Sands entered into a consent judgement by her own omission. She now has a judgement against her for her wrong doing, signed and endorsed by a Missouri Judge. Homebase you are correct, this consent judgment you mention, is an admission of guilt by Mrs. Sand. The comments posted here by Mrs. Sand are clearly slanderous and out right falsehoods, one would have to wander why the plaintiff would not ask for larger damages. Legal council, if any, should have advised Mrs Sand to keep her comments to her self such as not to aggravate the situation. I first read about Mrs. Sand in the RFT, interesting comments there as well. Mrs Sand is some 80 years old, a financially challenge grandmother. How did she ever get in with players at this level?

This is insane, these allegations are all untrue, please read the documents, i am not the age some one picked up off the Internet.. anyone can say anything on the Internet about anyone and be totally false.. all of my life I have worked for people.. to have these insane statement made by me is amazing, please contact the FBI in St Louis if you want to complain..Or the owners of Arlan River.. or the many scammed investors in Chicago who hired a private eye who is working in St Louis.. otherwise stop this insane posting..Betti
