Betboom review: Withdrawal held

On the 12/12/2023 I registered with this platform with (ID:[protected]) and I further made a bet with a low amount of stake just to see how the withdrawal Timeframe is, and fortunately it was very swift.

On the 13/12/2023 I further made a Bet on a UCL match with $158 on 3.64odds for a returns of $575.12 of which the game came through, and I proceeded to initiate part of my winnings in amount of $270 and for over 48hrs as I did not receive the withdrawal I had to message up the Customer service and I could state that, this Cs are the worst set of Cs you could ever come across as they are so unapologetic and not remorseful regarding how to relate with a Customer.

Upon saying HY and asking what the issue was? I said it was due to my withdrawal not paid and they requested for my ID and I gave to them, the next thing is that I should wait for 180days. I let them know on how 180days is not just a day or two and I got to know what might have probably gone wrong for this, but they keep on sending a copied message stating how I agreed to their T&Cs stating that withdrawals can take up to 180days. There was never a request of profiling or documentation if at all but they feel since they have access to my Funds they could manipulate it anyhow they want.
