Best Vinyl is a joke of a company. They seem to be in business to rip people off and lie to cover their own butts. I know that before the company was sold they were a good company, now you should run as far away as possible. Don't do business with these rip off artists.

We hired them to do a small fence on our property and they never came back to finish the work. They broke a sprinkler pipe and we paid them to fix it and of course, they didn't. Our basement flooded and our driveway was destroyed by all the water damage. When contacted they claimed they had nothing to do with it and had never even worked at our house.

Ben Miller is the manager who was at our house and then denied even doing work for us. After months of problems, thousands of dollars in damage, our home owners insurance took care of all the damages and then contacted Best Vinyl and Ben Miller to have them cover the damages. They refused and claim that they were never at our home. He claims we are making the whole thing up.

Talk about a terrible company, terrible service, dishonest people (Ben Miller). DO NOT do business with this rip off company. They will steal from you and screw you in the process. Everyone else that has been ripped off by Ben Miller and Best Vinyl, please report it so others can avoid being ripped off by them.

DON NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEST VINYL - YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AS WELL!

They ruined my sprinkler main line, they pulled up the property line stake at the rear of the property. I sent a letter of notice to them and no one responded until they wanted final payment. The foreman with crew that ripped up the sprinkle line could only smile and laugh. It cost $500 dollars to fix the sprinkler line. It cost another $500 to have the property line stake put back by a survey crew. I reported the problem to the sales rep. And he came out and said the fence post is my new property line? Yeah sure. No it's not.
Ben called and said the stake must of fallen into the post hole when they were digging. I asked him to check with the crew that did the work and he later called and said that they in fact pulled the stake because it was at a angled and in their way. I agree with the previous comments. No a good experience. Also on my west neighbors fence they connect to their concrete fence by drilling anchors into it. Do you think that they should have contacted my neighbors before doing this? They did'nt.

They charged me 4700.00 for 122 ft of garbage. I tried to back out when they wouldn't call me back and then I was threatened with a lawsuit. The fence was installed poorly and the gates no longer work correctly. The fence faded after only two years.
My guess is that these are criminals that decided to go into the fencing business.
