The is a Facebook vendor who attached a photo of an Ugg throw, then sent a cheap product that in no way compares to the Ugg brand. Also, when shipped a Fed Ex tracking number is given which does track a package to your area, however, delivers it to an unknown place. The photo FedEx sent isn’t even in our neighborhood. When you contact this seller whose name is Tyla ling she states that the tracking information was incorrect and should be ignored. When the package with the cheap blanket shows up it was sent USPS, ground shipping. It would be interesting to know how this scammer was able to a FedEx shipment. By the way, when calling FedEx they confirm delivery, however, since your shipping address doesn’t match the address they shipped to they will not offer you any support since you can’t tell them the actual address on the package. They tell you to go to the seller who simply continues to say there is a glitch with the shipping information from FedEx and you should ignore it. If this doesn’t scream scam, then I’m not sure how else it could be described.

Claimed loss: Wrong item, fortunately only $23.

Desired outcome: Scammer should be researched and shut it down.
