Best Home and Electricity Store review: Stove

Hi I am MJ Maleka I visited one of the Best home and electricity store in Bochum to buy stove and lounge suit. I was with my mother, before we buy the stove we asked if they will work up and down at the same time and they said yes. My mother told them to tell the truth because we don't want to fight with them and they said don't worry this is exactly what you are looking for. When they delivered, the stove is not the way we asked. I phone them and they said they will come to me, I go to them myself and told me What did I expect with 5000 I am not going to get anything.
