I purchased a Boston Market frozen entree (UPC [protected], expiration
08/16/2023) described as"Country Fried Beef Steak" earlier this week (Oct. 12th) and prepared the item as instructed on the box in a microwave oven the same day.
The photograph on the box in no way represented what was provided by Boston Market.
Everything about the frozen entree was disgusting. The meat was tasteless and mushy. The photo provided offers a visual of the product cooked according to the manufacturer's directions.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: Quit falsely representing the meal on the box or provide a meal that is comparable to the to the photograph.
