I stayed at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas from July 5th - 9th, 2022. My employer Chicago Public School put a deposit of $1,451.00 because I was staying to attend an education summit. When I arrived they held $600 on my personal credit card. They refunded CPS $220 but charged my card $180.20. They shouldn't have changed my card on August 13, I spoke with Sam and he stated that they will do a refund for the amount. I never received it so on August 22, I spoke with Sue who stated that Christa was going to call me back because she saw what I was calling about. On August 26, Haley transfer me to Briana who cc me in the email she was forwarding to Corporate Accounts Receivable Support:
Ms. Dawn Austin has been working with someone your team regarding a refund they were supposed to be receiving. The guest stated she was to be contacted on 08/25 but has yet be reached out to. Please contact the guest at your earliest convenience.
