We got defrauded by BELAR'S BEAUTY BARGAINS ( elissa peluso) who poses as a supplier on Wholesale Central. Elissa Peluso defrauded us by taking our money and did not send us what we paid for. She is engaged in. a sale of counterfeit and expired products.

She has been involved in a sale of expired, counterfeit health and beauty products. Belars Beauty Bargains Inc. advertises on a site called Wholesale Central. Take a look at her import history from CHINA for defective goods. Belars Beauty Bargains Inc. is a scam and fraud.
