We got defrauded by BELAR'S BEAUTY BARGAINS ( elissa peluso) who poses as a supplier on Wholesale Central. Elissa Peluso defrauded us by taking our money and did not send us what we paid for. She is engaged in. a sale of counterfeit and expired products.

Elissa Peluso of BELARS BEAUTY BARGAINS INC. also goes by another name Elissa Friedman and uses a FL and NY based addresses for her criminal activities. She has been involved in a sale of expired, counterfeit health and beauty products. Belars Beauty Bargains Inc. advertises on a site called Wholesale Central. Take a look at her import history from CHINA for defective goods. Belars Beauty Bargains Inc. is a scam and fraud.
We also got scammed by BELARS BEAUTY BARGAINS INC. We had to file a police report. She is a scammer and only wants to be paid via wire transfer. Stay away from Elissa Peluso BELARS BEAUTY BARGAINS INC.
I have been scammed thousands of dollars by this scammer Elisa Peluso who runs Belars Beauty Bargains inc. She took thousands of dollars upfront payment for inventory and never shipped. I wish I has seen these reviews. She asked to be paid with wire transfer. She does this on purpose because she knows that wire acts as cash and it will be hard to get money back.
This scammer Elissa Peluso belongs in jail.
