Belaire Golf and Spa, Puerto Vallarta review: timeshare scam/fraud 3

my husband and I purchased a membership in Belaire Golf and Spa in Puerto Vallarta in 2008, preconstruction. Everything looked good on paper, it sounded like a good deal and we were promised $2000 per each week per year to rent our weeks. Our first check was supposed to show up on Jan 2009. They were supposed to finish the constuction in July 2009. The company was supposed to be trading with Registy Collection. We were supposed to be able to exchange for no fee! with anything RCI owned. And much more lies. This company is a fraud. They are still selling timeshares to stupid people like us who have their eyes blinded by greed. Everything they promise is a lie. Their resort will never be built. IT looks like we will never get out money back- $25, 000.
So sad, especially because we had a small chance to get this money back and rescind withing 5 days. Such a waste, such a disappointment! we filed a complaint with Profeco. They cannot really do anything. Now looking for a good lawer on contingency. One Mexican attorney said it is a lost cause because companies like this, even if you win a law suit have their assets hidden well and there is no recourse. Belaire doesnt' return our calls, anymore. We made a special trip to PV and made an appointment to discuss the issue with the general manager. He failed to show up. the loan officer greeted us at the door and told us that our appoinment was 2 hours earlier. blatant lies. We made an appointment and came all the way from the US for this meeting. Of couse after that the GM wasn't reachable anymore. and so on and so forth.
